HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company came to clean my dryer vent. For some reason, they went through the main hardware part of the washer (we have a stackable washer/dryer combo). The next day I realized the washer was broken. I made multiple calls to the receptionist to arrange for someone to come back to look at the unit and was even hung up. When someone finally came to look at the unit, they did not know how to fix it or what they had broken. I had to call GE Appliances to make a service appointment to fix the washing machine. The service tech said that this company broke several buttons/wires / the Lock function that allows the washer to run a complete cycle. I had to pay about $300 to get my washer fixed on top of the $100 for the original dryer duct cleaning cost. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

They came to my home to clean my dryer vent. I live in a Townhome community and dryer vent cleaning is required to be done every two years. Highly recommend them. Extremely professional and very courteous. They all wore face masks and plastic slippers around their shoes. Their charges were extremely reasonable. They even checked the dryer for additional issues and found large piles of dust in the dryer motor. They were not upcharging me as I received an error on my dryer â D80â 3 days earlier. (That was the reason I called them) The d80 error means the dryer is 80% clogged either in the air exhaust hose, wall ducts, or the vent outside. Will definitely be using them going forward. Highly recommend everyone gets a routine cleaning every 2 years. Their normal cleaning fee is $55 plus tax. It costs me $115 For their normal cleaning plus the dryer motor cleaning. Have recommended them to all my friends and neighbors who ask who they should use for dryer vent cleaning.

The workers were respectful and diligent in their work.

About $650 in hidden cash was taken from my home office. Cash was kept in a drawer and was gone after they left. I called the supervisor who suggested I call the police which I did. If you ever use these type of services be careful as they employ workers that are not trustworthy to have in your home!!

The workmanship was excellent. Very thorough job. I did, however, need to speak to the office manager. After leaving a message with the rep, no one ever returned my call.

Terrific job cleaning out the ducts and furnace area - so much less dust since work was done! I should have done this before I moved in. They were thorough, taking down every duct and cleaning the entire area. Highly recommend this company.

They used a low power portable vacuum in house unit and all it did was to disturb the dust in the ducts. All my furniture, including sofa and bed, and counter surface were covered with dust after the work was done. I had to spend hours to clean them up! The workers had no sense to protect the carpet, they wore shoe covered after I asked them to do so, but walked in and out of the house, from their truck to all floors, with the same shoe covers. They didn't speak English. The so-called project manager on site was not only useless, but also tried to cover-up their mistakes by telling me that the holes they opened on the ducts, but forgot to seal, were just return ducts--no true. Although payment by credit card was an option I was informed by the customer service lady, the project manager on site said that the card reader was nonfunctional and could only accept check. The amount he included on the invoice was about $1.5 more than the quote I was given--the amount of difference is not the point. All of these show the quality of the service. For anyone who want to clean the ducts in their house, think twice and check online to understand the pros and cons first. I had this done in the past, but used contractors equipped with powerful vacuum from their trucks and got reasonably satisfactory results. Never use anyone with the portable vacuum,or if you really want a vendor with improper equipment, don't use one like this, since you can get it for $29-$49, instead of >$250.

Was very communicative, had a project manager was able to communicate with me what was needed and stayed on the premises the whole time. They were efficient and cleaned our ducts, sanitized our HVAC and cleaned our dryer vent as well. Very happy with the service will use again for the next service!
