"We were made aware of the customers missing money after the job was done. We advised the customer to make a police report as this was out of our hands. Our technicians have worked with us for many years and this is the first time an issue of such sensitive nature has come up. Unfortunately, this was an accusation and the customer had absolutely no proof of our technicians taking any of his belongings. I must add that his final bill came to 600 and suddenly he is missing exactly $600. It was an obscure situation and nothing was left to be said in the end."
"We communicate throughout the process to our customers. Our company maintains proper equipment for our services. We always ensure that our customer's homes are well taken care of. This includes proper protection and cleaning after project completion. We did not receive a phone call or email complaint regarding this project. Therefore, we were surprised to see your recent review. Please contact us if you would like to follow up on this matter."
