This was a fantastic experience with sod installation. Joe responded immediately to appt request. Estimate was exactly the price of the project and was very reasonable. When we met, he explained all details of the job, had suggestions that would work well for us and went over everything item by item. We decided to add an additional drain halfway through and it was no problem. Weather was not good at the time and forced a few rescheduled dates, but Joe kept us apprised of all aspects of job preparations and these necessary postponements. This company coordinated very well with the irrigation company. The crew was very professional from start through to cleanup. Always arrived on time as scheduled. The office staff are well organized and offer great customer service. Joe was always available to us by phone, came by several times during the project and after completion to make sure we were happy. The results are a very beautiful yard. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend this company. They are outstandling!

Joe, the owner, provided excellent services. He was prompt on all our meetings. He responded to our phone calls and email promptly. Joe listened to our requirements and provided valuable suggestions. He did exactly what he promised. We had minor alternations which he agreed to make without changing the overall cost of the project. His team was friendly & professional. They cleaned up each of the 5 days they were on the job. We referred him to a friend for their landscape work. Now we wait for the plants to grow in spring time -- hopefully nothing dies.

I USED JOE CIAGLIA LANDSCAPE and he was beyond excellent! I can't believe how he transformed my "sandy" damaged backyard from a dirt yard, with a crater in it from a large fallen tree, to the "LUSH" backyard we now look at everyday! Came in much lower than his competitors and I would recommend him to everyone!

I worked directly with Joe the owner of the company and he designed an amazing landscaping package for the front of my house. The team of men that men that worked on my front were neat, clean and worked extrememly hard (even in 90+ heat). The project was completed on schedule. Joe was on-site every day, he went out of his way to help my parents re-plan our existing perennials.

We needed landscaping in the front and side yards for our new home. We started out evaluating three landscapers for our project and decided Joe with Ciaglia Landscape Design was best suited for the job. He helped us with everything from picking out the trees and shrubs at a local nursery, to landscape design, to adding the final boulder. They were very professional, showed up when they said they would and did everything we agreed upon. We were also impressed to see Joe was present during most of the job and also got his hands dirty at times.

Pool Landscaping - Joe Ciaglia of Ciaglia Landscape and Design was timely and professional from the first phone call to the conclusion of the project. His style is a combination of "old school" ethics and fairness with a sense for creativity and meeting the customers' needs. He was on the worksite the entire time of construction, met some of our major changes with understanding and works with the mantra, if you're not happy with the work, then he is not satisfied with the job he did. His crew worked tirelessly to get the job done right. The worksite was cleaned each evening before leaving. The final product is amazing.
