Douglas Colacicco, and his staff originally did work for us in October of 2015, and it was terrific & very reasonable. We called him again after Matthew, and no only is he helping us, but I also referred him to several of our neighbors, who also were thrilled with his work & professionalism, If you need a roofer or for that matter, and type of work done on your home, I highly recommend that you call Cicco Construction you will no b e sorry you did.

I called Cicco Construction on Tuesday to evaluate a roof leak that had been previously 'fixed' by the builder of my home. Mr. Colacicco scheduled a next day visit at 8:30AM to have a look and to provide an estimate for the repairs. He arrived at 8:25AM, examined the leak and provided an estimate. In addition, while examining the leak, he also repaired an adjacent roof area that needed attention (at no charge). Yes, that's right - he went above and beyond while preparing an estimate, without additional charge. I can't say how truly amazing it is to know a company like Cicco's, where customer service is not just spoken, it is practiced. I'm looking forward to having the job completed shortly. Mr. Colacicco was at our home in less than 3 hours from the initial call. He found a small area which may have caused the leak , and put some corking around the area. Since he found nothing major he said it would not be right to charge anything, but I insisted and gave him something anyway. He was very courteous and I would CERTAINLY recommene Cicco Construction to anyone who had a roofing problem. We are a 55+ Community, and very often the residents get taken advantage of because of their age. There are about 400 homes now with another 250-300 to be built. I would have not problem recommending "Cicco" to the owners of the Community (Sun Communities) as well. I will use "HomeAdvisor" for anything I need done. Feel free to share this review.

Cicco Construction underbid 2 other roofing companies by $2000, and said it would be done in one day. The other 2 roofing companies warned me that it could not be done at that price, and in that amount of time. The both predicted that I would be horribly disappointed. Cicco came through. The roof looks great. It took them one day, and they returned the next morning for final clean up. Excellent, excellent company to hire.
