Great company to work with we just thought they were very expensive. We could have had the work done at half the cost if we subcontracted on our own. But we wanted the peace of mind by working with a well established company with a license.

I contacted Cielo Construction and spoke to Sam about what I would like to do at my house and what is my style and goals. Sam came over to my house on the day and time that we scheduled over the phone and he inspect the 2 bathrooms and kitchen. For a while we had major mold problems in the bathrooms and we start to have our concerns about it which caused us to do this remodeling ASAP. For this remodeling project, we spoke to few other contactors and we received few bids as well, but we still decided to go with Cielo Construction even though there was not big of a difference in the price, I was impressed with the way Cielo Construction and mainly with Sam. What caused that was the great communication that we had with him and his way of thinking and ideas. A week after the meeting and after we saw in details the design and estimate that Sam did for us, we signed the initial contract and we gave our approval to complete remodel the bathrooms and kitchen with Sam and his team and we set a date to start the work. The problem with mold that we had in the bathrooms, Sam brought his people to do the demolishing first and after that, they moved forward and start the construction. We were more than happy with the final results of the remodeling and we would recommend Cielo Construction to anybody we know. For us the total cost was the main issue that we have and after that was the communication. Cielo Construction was the only company that was able to work with us about the price and during the work, He made sure to stay in touch each few days with us throughout the remodel. Once again, Sam, Maria and the actual people that did the remodeling were all outstanding. Everybody that worked on our home was friendly, very knowledgeable, and took great care in the work they did.

After we researched, met and spoke to several construction companies and getting estimates from, we decided to select and hire Cielo Construction. From the beginning of the remodeling process of our kitchen and bathroom all the way to the completion day of it. Our project supervisor Sam was excellent. He was easygoing, generous, skilled and very fast to return calls. Sam and the crew stepped in to do our entire kitchen remodel a few months ago. During the Kitchen remodeling project, they also replaced several sliding doors and painted the exterior of the house. Everything was done quite fast, clean and well-organized! We were surprised at how everything was going according to the main plan and design. Our completed kitchen remodeling project was finished on time including the 2 additional tasks that we added during the work (Paint and sliding doors). Our kitchen dream becomes a reality now. We will definitely call Cielo Construction again for another remodeling project without thinking twice!!

We got our new and custom kitchen completed through Cielo Construction and we must write here that everyone from this company that was involved at our remodeling project, did surpass our expectations. The main thing that they focused on was to help us get what we wanted AND to remain within our budget. This included to taking us to several vendors and to select the counter tops, stainless steel appliances, type and style of all the cabinets including the color matching and much more ¦ they never complained about anything and they did that with lots of patience and efficiency. The final results were a brand new kitchen that is no less than beautiful. We truly and highly recommend them.

We decided to remodel our kitchen and we came across Cielo Construction online after spending a large amount of time in hope to find the right contractor for us. After scheduling an appointment with Sam the project manager, he came over to our house to check and reveal our needs, style and budget which helped him to give us a quote. Our project was to fully demolish the kitchen which went smoothly with a minimal amount of dirt and dust. The crew that worked at our house did a very good job of showing up to the house each day and on time and mainly by finishing the project in a reasonable time. During the entire renovation Sam was available to us and helped with all the selection of finishes and designs. Its known that any remodeling type is hard and full of stress but the crew from Cielo Construction made our experience much less. We would definitely recommend Cielo Construction.

Me and my husband decided to build and add a new garage space at our house and we started to contact few contractors for that project but we werenâ t happy with any of the offers we got from any of them till we heard about Cielo Construction from one of our friends so we decided to call them and check what they can offer us. Sam who came over to our house was very professional and very experienced. After our second meeting, he came back to our house and provided us with an excellent quote for the entire work and we accepted it and hired them for that. The remodeling project went much better than we excepted while any of the small issues that was raised during the work, was handled professionally by the team. The new garage space was built and finished within the promised time frame that Sam gave us and within the agreed budget! The new space looks wonderful and very functional. Sam is an excellent contractor and we will hire them again. Highly recommended company for any home remodeling project.

We truly donâ t have any bad thing to write or say about Cielo Construction! All the people including the office staff and the working team that were part of our remodeling project, from the design stage all the way to the implementation stage â were great and professional people to work with and have at our house. All the people and teams were polite and expert in their own trades. They delivered a great service. They converted our laundry room into a guest bathroom. We loved all the attention to details that was invested during the work. The remodeling did took a little longer that we thought it will, but we saw that they came across some problems so it was completely understandable. Besides that, they finished the remodeling work without any problem and we are pleased with the finished work. Sam did a perfect scheduling plan of the work and he was very flex based on our needs. Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Were just completed the remodeling of our addition at our new house, and we did that with Cielo Construction. Our project manager Sam was the one that managed the entire addition project and we canâ t be happier with him. From the first meeting that we had with him, he was expert, clear, and punctual -- most of the time he arrived to the house early (which was very important to us). Sam walked us through the whole remodeling process and time frame and he was truthful and genuine with his recommendations and quotes. Cielo Construction in general has been a great company to deal and to work with for many reasons: 1) Their user-friendly and clear online portal; 2) Project costs; 3) Flexibility with the scope of work; 4) Their economy of scale, with many professional people that were available to do whatever is required for the success of the work; We spoke with Sam about the budget during the first meeting we had and when we got to the contract stage and the details of the work scope, the price that we got was very fair and within our budget. One of the most important things that we loved was that he always had examples of ongoing remodeling projects to demonstrate his ideas. Sam was very responsive to our texts, emails or phone calls and he always excites us with how often he was available to pass by the house to talk about an idea or just to check the current progress. This was our third experience with Sam at Cielo Construction. In the past, Sam had renovated our bathroom and a while after, we hired him to remodel our other master bathroom and we knew we will hire him again to remodel our complete kitchen, which was still in his original layout and design. When we hired him, we trusted his skills that will allow him to come up with good ideas and layout of how our new kitchen will look like and this was the main reason for this current remodeling. Sam provided us with his design and he was able to estimate how long the remodeling would take and in fact, the whole kitchen was finished in that time. Sam was at our house each day during the remodeling and he was working among his team and making sure that everything will go according to his plan and design. I had been in a search for a good home improvement contractor to take out my old kitchen and design a new and functional kitchen. At the end of my research, I ended up hiring Cielo Construction for that work. Sam the project supervisor did an amazing job by keeping informing me with all the progress of the work and by managing all the people that did the actual work at the house. Sam was very patient and professional with my design changes. His first design was the perfect starting point of the remodeling and he did it after a long meeting with me trying to understand what I want to achieve in the new kitchen and what are the most important features that I want to have and under what budget. Sam was at the house each step of the remodeling and he offered me many great ideas. We added about a 35 sqft to the kitchen and opened it from the dining area so it will be a much more open space area. I decided to go with a beautiful white cabinets (instead of the dark brown cabinets that I had before) and replaced the old counter tops with light granite. During the work, we had to upgrade the electrical and plumbing. For that part, Samg brought in his electrician and plumber. Both of them did an excellent work and they completed their task in a short time. I have been enjoying my new kitchen for a couple of weeks now and am very satisfied and happy with the way things turned out.

We highly recommend Cielo Construction for any remodeling project you want for your house or office. This was our first remodeling project that we did with them at our new house. Sam and his team completely demolished, redesigned and remodeled the entire kitchen, bathrooms and living room spaces. On top of that, they also removed some paneling in the living room, some drywalls and designed a new open space look by taking down several walls and replaced the living room fireplace. As part of our meetings, we presented Sam some pictures of a fireplace design that we loved and wanted to have and he was able to implement it the same was how it is in the pictures. His sharp vision for details and perfectionism is really amazing. Sam treated and respected our house like it was his own house and he always made sure that the team will not leave the house before cleaning the working areas and making sure that everything is in place before anyone left for the day. We highly recommend Cielo Construction to anyone and more than that, we already referred them to some of our friends and family and we will keep to do so. My first major remodeling project that I did was to remodel my entire house and because it was a large-scale remodeling project, I had made many modifications to the original plan that was done by me and Sam from Cielo Construction during the construction. We decided to remodel our kitchen at first. After meeting and reviewing some quotes, we hired Cielo Construction. The remodeling job included knocked down a wall, rebuild two fireplaces, replacing all the kitchen cabinets, new countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Each and every remodeling project has many hiccups during the work and ultimately, itâ s the final product that count. We are very happy with the new kitchen and fireplaces. The island was cut and installed perfectly. All the possible wow factors are definitely deserved to be mentioned here. Before the work started, we got the payment schedule and we approved it because it was very convenient. All the modifications that we added during the remodeling project were carefully itemized and approved by us before the work started. We paid as various stages of the work were completed. Cielo construction did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel project. The project manager Tom Cohen, kept in constant communication with me, which I told him was very important. The crews that did the work did everything perfect. Although it took a little longer than expected, which was no fault of Tom, it was well worth the time and money.
