Reviews
Write a ReviewGreat to work with and flexible with last minute request.CIMA workers do quality work. Their electrician gave me higher quality and state-of-the-art exterior lighting system I did not expect. I am very pleased with interior Painting and how clean every thing was left. They removed every thing off the wall including the Handrail on the steps and replaced everything back on the wall including shelving after painting. The stone work walkways, patio and fire pit look rich and fantastic.
No contact for exactly 30 days after signed contract, Emails 30 min before contractors are coming or no notice at all, No workers show up and no contact for days, Plumber left trash, extra parts and broken concrete in the bathroom, Plumber opened residence front door to let himself inside without permission, Plumber forgot to install Ptrap in shower drain which resulted in taking off shower pan floor, break new concrete and install Ptrap, Plumber leaves job without notice and left sack of concrete on front porch which got rained on and hardened, Dry wall sludge on shower walls, White paint drips on shower walls, White paint on register cover on ceiling, White paint on carpet and pink wall, Shower walls not completely sealed at dry wall at top of shower and sides, Did not take out old vanity lights before painting, Wall paint dried in drips along edges, Plumber install toilet, shower facets, vanity sink but Leaves pieces & parts everywhere, Does not care about vanity drawer not shutting against water pipes, Contractors leave trash all over house and backyard, Last things to fix- vanity cabinet drawer hitting water pipes, they cut the drawer, Left pieces and parts under vanity, I Swept it up with vacuum, they threw away the exhaust fan cover, Chipped paint at bottom of bathroom door they returned to hinges, asked them to reseal top of shower but they did not reseal bottom where it meets pan, I had to personally scratch off splattered paint all over new shower and floor tile, Sweep up dirt on tile floor, Scratch paint off new toilet, Remove paint on door handle, tiles, etc with paint thinner, Shower head pipe cover does not fit into wall because wall is not cut for the cover. Two-week job took 6 weeks. Total waste of my time and money!
Leo remodeled the basement. I was not sure of many of the details that I wanted to include and he provided suggestions on the lighting, paint color, and finishing for the stairs. Everything is beautiful! I am so pleased with the finished project. He assisted me in selecting the flooring and advised me on the best product to buy.
He sent a man to come out to look at the job. Leo called me and a give me the price over the phone. We agreed on the price. I called him several times about a written invoice and he never responded. I took time out of my schedule for this appointment. He never showed up for the appointment nor did he reach out to my via , text , phone or email. I got nothing. This is disrespectful. He was unprofessional .
I met Leo, the owner on Thursday for an estimate for carpet installation and built in entertainment center. Leo brought his crew out on Friday morning to install my basement carpet. I spent almost 2 weeks going back and forth with major home improvement centers. Leo made a very stressful situation smooth. I have already recommended CIMA to family members. Leo will be doing few more projects for me. I will post the results. Thank you, Leo and your crew.
Quick work, good quality. I had them add a bedroom and closet in my basement. Start to finish was a week. Looks great!
Leo did a wonderful job with the work itself. Price was adequate and the craftsmanship was great. The one issue I had to address was the debris removal aspect. Per our contract, he explained that the debris would be removed the same day the work was done. When my fiancee arrived home the debris was in the backyard. The issue was neither my fiancee nor myself were contacted to let us know that the debris was going to be there. If one of us were contacted and it was explained to us that Leo or his crew would be back to pick everything up the next day or so we would not have had an issue. Yet there was no notification. Long story short, if Leo (or a member of his crew) had communicated the need to leave a couple of bags of debris we would have been more then understanding. Otherwise, Leo is extremely professional, dedicated, and hard working and they get the job done. I will certainly retain him for future projects if needed.
Leo and team are great. Dedicated, timely and hard working. They take care of their customers. We will definitely look to them again for other projects.
The Cima Co. did an excellent job repairing the roof. They were dependable, honest, and fair!
Professional, on time and completed work as promised.
