We were very disappointed at how Cimply Labor aka Elite Movers handled certain aspects of our move and their non-responsiveness after many attempts to communicate. Ricardo was not knowledgeable about insurance coverage and protecting our furniture in transit. We were also very disappointed in what took place after our move. Ours was a 2 part move. During the first part of our move, they broke the two handles on an expensive piece of furniture. They encouraged us to put in a claim which we did and we received a nominal credit, given the value of the piece of furniture. After treating them like family for the two days we spent together, they never returned our calls and left us hanging for the second part of our move. They were very unprofessional in this regard and we were very disappointed in what they did. We now have storage units filled with furniture they packed, and we did not pay attention to how they were filled and where they stored our belongings since we were left to believe they would be completing our part 2 move. Now we are left to sort it all out and have to figure out how they packed everything. Very disappointing and would never recommend it.

They were on time, courteous, and did a great job of moving all of our items. No damage to anything, and they set up the room exactly how we wanted in the new place.

THE BEST moving company I have used and I have used 9 moving companies. Not only are they incredibly competent movers but they are kind. No damage, no drama and no high bills! They have a customer for life!

Very good experience. We moved in middle of a 10 inch snowstorm. While they were not able to do the guaranteed estimate due to the severe weather, They did the move in as reasonable time given the weather conditions. They were very professional and easy to communicate with. Best movers we had and this was our 5th time using a mover.

Used company labor for my move to south jersey after selling my home . These guys were professional and personable from start to finish. No hidden fees, no last minute surprises. The price they quote you is the price. Arrived on time to load truck and next day for unloading at new house. Hardworking guys and go out of their way with customer service. I highly recommend!!!

The pre-move estimate was right on. they took great care with our belongings and setup everything that was broken down at the final destination without a scratch!....CIMPLY was the best price out of the 4 estimates I receive. We recommend them for your next move!

They are very reasonably priced and they look out for their customers interest. Especially the contract that they have is in favor of the client, not the moving company. You'd be crazy not to hire them! I now refer them to all my friends and family! And they are happy that I did refer Cimply Labor to them!
