Cincinnati Glass & Shower Door

When given estimate, the owner told me he would do the install and that his schedule was very open, but when the glass came in, his schedule was all of the sudden full for 2 weeks and he sent his employee to do it. One glass was installed upside down and the other glass had a 13 inch run inbetween the panes. Caulk was very poorly done leaving finsished product unacceptable. Some emailed questions were never responded to even after several attemps. On at least two occasions, was told that I would be called back on a certain day or time and was never called.

We had difficulty finding anyone to work on our older doors and windows. Cincy Glass took on this job at a reasonable price. They take their time to do the work right. They are a small operation so the work is not done quickly but that is OK. They do it right. They are very personable and professional.

Lisa was extremely helpful and worked to make the repair go smoothly.

Needed to have a window replaced. The installers did a great job.

Cincinnati glass was the ONLY glass company that followed through and would take on my project. I appreciated their help and their kind, professional demeanor.

The installer showed up the same day we called, which was important because the glass was on an exterior door. Even though the job turned out to be more work than anticipated, he stuck to his original estimate. He did an excellent job of keeping the area safe and clean.

Reasonably priced, good response to my RFQ, Window mfgr made a mistake on two of four windows. Cincinnati Glass quickly responded to coordinate with the mfgr to get the problem corrected. Cincinnati Glass even had the Mfgr call me with an apology for their error.

Mr. James Cox is a real credit to your organization. This gentleman was 100% professional and really cared about our emergency situation. Jim went out of his way to give us excellent service+. I would recommend Jim to anyone. He was very polite and a real craftsman. I cannot say enough about the quality of this gentleman and his excellent work. Thank you!!! AAAAA+++!!!!

Immediate response to request for help. Came out right away. Very professional and friendly people. Did a great job, worked neatly, were courteous and were so easy to work with. Such a positive experience, that it made us almost glad to have the broken window!!
