Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing & Drainage

CBW failed to follow through on contract and commitment to schedule and complete waterproofing of basement. After signing contract on July 12. 2021 with Issac P. and providing company with deposit of $850 dollars. To date, 9/24/21 they have not scheduled or completed any work. Issac P. continuously gives me the run around and states he will call back (which he never does) and after leaving Gil B. several voicemails, he has yet to respond. I would not recommend them to anyone and I have nothing positive to say about this company.

The company waterproofed my garage and lower family room . They also redirected my downspout waterflow away from my house to the street . I have not had a heavy rain thus far , so I will say at this point I am satisfied .

Did not waterproof down to footers; backfilled with clay, not gravel so water problem increased into garage. Having difficulty getting problem addressed via warranty.

I researched professionals thoroughly before starting project and confidently selected CBW. I am very glad I did. While the original estimate did not cover the amount of work that was eventually required, CBW stood behind their commitment, completed the extra work needed to waterproof our yard and protect our foundation. They were professional, competent, courteous, and went the extra mile to take care of us and honor their commitment. I would strongly recommend them for any waterproofing needs.

They did a nice job fixing our basement leaks, however they did mess up some landscaping that I will have to fix.

We had these guys come out to do both sides of our house within a few months. They gave us the best price and our basement us stayed bone dry!

They had to come to my house three times before the basement was completely waterproofed. Never complained about returning. They were all polite and respectful.

Came in with a full crew, got the job done in a day. So far, leaks are gone and I am pleased. Very reasonable cost versus a couple other quotes.

Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing was excellent to work with. They responded quickly through Home Advisor and I had a quote the same day. They waterproofed my basement and installed a new sump pump to make sure we have no more water problems in the basement. They brought a whole squad of guys and quickly got to work with high quality equipment. It hasn’t rained yet but I’m confident in the work that was performed. I was also impressed with how well my yard was put back together after they were finished.

They got the job done quick, did a good job. It's not raining now but I'm sure the pipe will drain fine. Guys helped me get rid of a big concrete sink also.

The experience was great. The system was tested during a recent storm shortly after installation and it worked / resolved my garage/ basement flooding problems!!

They bid on the work based on a phone description. They were a little iffy on the timing, but after a few calls, I finally did get it set for a Saturday. I had a little buyer's remorse, because I later got a lower bid from another well-rated provider here who came out to measure the project. However, since I'd already given them the go ahead, I went with the job. Overall, I was pretty happy. They did charge me $300 over the $1,500 bid when they ran into a problem that needed some extra work. That said, the extra work was worth it and solved a longstanding problem too boot with sump drainage collecting on the street (and icing over in the winter). When the crew left, they accidentally took a shovel and some corrugated pipe of mine, but when I called same day, they brought it right back. Also, they didn't have the supplies to seed the grass, but did go out that day and get it done. So, bottom line, happy with the work. Not sure if plan B would have been better at a lower cost. But I would say that both of these bids were WAY lower than Roto-Rooter, like less than half to a third of what they were trying to get for a drainage line replacement to the street.

The guys were very friendly and worked very hard. They did a great job. The cost was very reasonable and I am very pleased with the outcome. Quality work and cleaned up the site. Thanks.

These guys did a great job fast! They did exactly what was shown in the video on their website. I loved that I could call Gil anytime with questions throughout and after the job was finished.
