Great job they made our master bath look spectacular and all our wants and needs were fulfilled. On time and walked us through every step of construction. Easy to work with clean and very friendly. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was performed.

Went south after we signed. And now have a bathroom we didn’t really pick out Installers outstanding..careful when they stay they can do something that 4 other quotes said they couldn’t do. $20k and not our dream bathroom

The Cincy Co was very strict on following what was in the contract so be sure Every Promise Spoken is written down so you won’t be disappointed. The best news I can share with you is that the installation man that I had was absolutely the best part of our whole experience. He was very professional and thorough in every aspect of his job. It was a pleasure to have him as our installer. Never rude, always respectful and honest. I would recommend him for any future work I need.

Jake, Matt and CincyBath were great to work with. Super friendly and accurate on their timeline and cost. The Moen designs they gave me to pick from, and flooring they used are of excellent quality. They knocked out 50+ years of different tiling, wallpaper, and rebuilt the walls underneath before applying a new tub, shower panels and accessories. Our cell block window was wonderfully framed to keep its great lighting. I highly recommend them to do the heavy lifting part of your bathroom remodel.
