This company is a scam. They installed security cameras back in May during this year but damaged a few sections of my exterior eifs stucco! They ask for cash deals and are very angry about money. The quality is awful! We have problems with one camera. From the first day the owner told me he was going to order and replace it, 6 months pass and nothing got fixed. I called and texted him almost every week! So now, I will go to small claims court. Stay away from this company!

Prompt good service

Very nice and professional. We had a TV mounted on a stone fireplace. They got the job done and done right. I did think they were a bit pricey, but I was glad it was done.

Cinemaesque installed a TV and soundbar in our home. We had great customer service from the start. Doug was able to recommend and help purchase the TV and soundbar along with the necessary mounts and cables. They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly and were professional during the install. Finished product looks great and performs even better.

They were on time did a good job, took all the boxes with them and the old tv. They were polite and very careful of carpet and furniture.

He is very efficient and trustworthy. They are prompt. If there were any issues he was there within 24 hours usually.

Doug was awesome! From scheduling the estimate to job wrap-up, we were very impressed with his commitment and follow through. Most important to me was his communication. We had a very detailed and challenging project in which there were many avenues that could have been chosen. Doug methodically coached us through the process so that we would have the most user friendly system utilizing both new and existing equipment and wiring, leaving us with a very user friendly system. He could easily steered us into buying a lot of new equipment, but he worked in our best interests and kept the job cost very reasonable. We now have three zones of high end sound for music and two surround systems for home theater, all controlled simply from our smart phones and Harmony remote. We encountered some challenges at first that were clearly learning issues. Not expecting response to my message on a Sunday, but Doug called right away and spent (too much) time and made sure that we were crystal clear with his direction. A further note; the talent that Doug had on his team was incredibly knowledgable and efficient! A great, non intrusive and highly professional crew that i wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. In fact, we have already pointed him to friends who need system work done at their home. Very pleased to have had such a great lead that we would otherwise not have known without HomeAdvisor.

One of the first jobs I have ever gotten where everything was completed. Not only on schedule, exact price, courteous. My wife was there, it was done when I got home. Great job, great service, would recommend.

My project was had several components including a hard-wired home network as well as a custom 7.2 Home Theater installation. In addition, I requested many detailed finishing items such that I could troubleshoot on my own if necessary. It has been about 6 months since the project completed. I have had no issues. Doug and the Cinemaesque team did an outstanding job of addressing all details of the installation, often making multiple trips at my request to dial-in the installation. Bear in mind that full payment had been made, yet Doug made sure the installation met my expectations with follow-up visits. I would recommend Cinemaesque again.
