They were prompt initally and fixed the problem. However the problem reoccured and I called them to come back out, they agreed and we set a date... they never showed up. I have left messages, both email and phone with no reply. I contacted them again and again they set a date to come out and fix the problem, they didn't show.

Stanley was very courteous and it was a pleasure to meet him. He is a very good employee and your company should reward his professionalism. I've met other people who came to my door to perform a service and after they left, I was so grateful that they did just that ----- LEAVE. But Stanley was very professional and did a marvelous job. Again, my hat is off to him.
