Omar at Cipher did a great job with laminate installation in my home. I provided all the materials and Omar said he would come in and put them in within two days which he did. Floor looks great and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work he and his team did.

Very happy with this company. Called right away to make an appointment. Omar showed up right on time and was very nice and professional. He removed an old carpet and installed a new one. The job was done in a timely manner and his prices are very reasonable. Was so happy that I hired him to do 2 more projects. Would highly recommend.

Omar did a wonderful job. He was professional, accommodating and reliable. He installed laminate floors throughout and replaced carpeting in two rooms. With the exception of one minor aesthetic issue (metal transition at the top of the stairs instead of the wood transition he had used throughout) the work was done very well. I have lived in the Poconos for 10 years and have had a difficult time finding honest contractors. I am happy to report that Omar is one of the first contractors I have met who is honest, trustworthy, efficient and professional.

Omar & Nick arrived on time & worked throughout the day & didn't leave until the job was complete. they were VERY professional & the bottom line the floor looks great. I didn't get any other estimates so I don't have any reference to compare prices. But I was happy with the $ he quoted me & felt it was reasonable I would recommend Cipher flooring. The carpet was not installed properly. The edge of the carpeting going into the dining room is not under the molding and is loose. You can see the padding under the carpet going up the stairs. The carpet isn't up against the wall. Really not happy with the quality of work done.

Excellent job, Omar installed wood flooring on our upper level. 1500 square feet if not more. He is an artist the wood is beautifully flowing from one room to another. We are thrilled with the workmanship Would hire him again and definitely recommend him
