We recently hired Ethan at Circadian Builders to help us get our home ready for the market, and we couldn't be happier with the results. He took on a variety of projects for us, including closet door installation, window frame repairs, trim installation, and other touch ups. ​From start to finish Ethan was a true professional. His communication was excellent and he kept us fully informed on his progress, explained his process clearly, and was always responsive to our questions. We also really appreciated how clean he kept the workspace, it made living through the renovations much easier than we expected. ​The quality of his work is outstanding. Ethan did an incredible job building and installing my beautiful ceiling beans, batten board above my fireplace, and in my bedroom and painting my fireplace wall and bedroom focal wall. From the initial design phase to the finishing touches, his craftsmanship is flawless. I was adamant that when installing my ceiling beans, that i did not want any of my light fixtures moved. He made that happen. Other contractors wanted to move the lights in order to place my beams. Ethan took time to figure it all out. Ethan also put a railing on my front porch steps. He is very talented. He had respect for my home, put plastic everywhere to minimize debris and cleaned up every night before he left. At the end of my project he hired a cleaner to get my house back in order. I could not be happier with the final result, and I would definitely hire Ethan.
