Ron was awesome!!!! He came the same day we talked and was on time. Very professional and perform an excellent job on my dish washer. His charge was very reasonable and less then he thought it was going to be. I highly recommend Circle City Appliance Repair, LLC, You can't go wrong.

I just got off the phone with Ron and I am impressed with him already. I've talked to two other repair shops and no one provided the type of customer service I received from him. He actually diagnosed the problem over the phone and was able to give me an approximate quote, including best and worst case scenarios. And when I expresed concern over the cost of the part, he told me how I could try to temporarily fix it myself to buy some time and save money. I've never had a repairman tell me how to fix the problem myself, what a stand up guy! When I do decide to get my washer fixed, I will definitely be calling Ron.

Answered all my questions and was very pleasant while he completed the job. He arrived in the time period that he promised and finished the job in under and hour. Great service! Would use again.

Ron was very professional and courteous. His prices were VERY fair and followup excellent. I have already recommended him to friends and relatives. This company is a keeper. He had to order a part and then come back and finish the repair. Only one service charge charged and the work checked before he left.

We figured we'd have to buy a new ice maker, put they quickly diagnosed the problem as a frozen water line, unclogged it, and where in and out in less that an hour. Wow! I definitely highly recommend them.

Ron (Circle City) called me based on my ServiceMagic inquiry before the other handyman service I called ever called me back. He came out the next day (a Sunday) for no extra charge. He said he would be there between 11:00 and 1:00, and came toward the front end of that time from. He got my washing machine and refrigerator door handle fixed quickly for an EXTREMELY reasonable price. I will definitely call Ron again in the future.
