Working with Randy and his team was a fantastic experience. The were professional and friendly, good communicators, and performed top-notch work. They put in new skylights for us and the final product delights us everyday. We are recommending them to friends, family, coworkers, and strangers.

We were impressed with the owner himself, Randy, coming to the house to do the bid for the job of replacing two old skylights. The employees are Velux trained and certified, which we felt was important rather than others who simply install Velux products. One of our new windows had to be special ordered and we had to wait a long time for it to come in. Randy was willing to come and install the first one and then later return to install the second. We opted to wait and do both on the same day. It only took half a day to do the whole job. Everything neat and clean when they left. Very pleased.

Randy and his crew were great to work with. They replaced three skylights for us. They arrived on time and were respectful of our home. We highly recommend Circle City Skylights!

Have requested a Invoice for billing invoice/paid receipt and the warranty paperwork twice and have yet to receive the billing paid invoice or the 20 year warranty paperwork on the install and equipment.

The crew that completed the job were polite, thorough and made sure the inside of my house was kept clean. I always appreciate a contractor who offers to take their shoes off before walking on my carpet! The entire area under each of my skylight was completely covered so no debris fell onto my floors. My install was in February and they made sure to keep all the doors to the rooms closed so I didn't need to turn off my heat. My new skylights look great, now I just need to caulk and paint the interior trim to finish everything up.

Had three, 30+ year old leaking skylights that needed replaced. Randy was quick to reach out with a quote and schedule the install once my HOA approved the project. The installation crew was polite, professional and on time. Anyone who offers to take off their shoes without me asking before walking on my carpet gets extra points in my book! My new skylights look great, now I just need to decide what color to paint the new interior trim. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their skylights.

They were very professional. The only criticism would be that they were not consistent in their communications. We would be texting and then they would reply with an email, or vice versa. No big deal. The work was done very well, and we would definitely hire them in the future.

The owner of this company has only the best people working for him. .I have had a lot of work done over the years, only to find out later on that the work wasn't done properly which caused a lot of problems and having to have things redone, which was both costly and inconvenient. I have no such worries this time, and it's a wonderful feeling. I am so happy with this company and would highly recommend. Randy ( the company owner) has true craftsman working for him, a rarity these days...I only wish that every contractor had the same high standards and integrity that Circle City Skylights has. It also meant a lot that they used plastic sheets, to keep the mess to a minimum, when they finished the job there was virtually no clean up required on my part. Considering these were cut in's (new skylights installed where none had been before) and not just replacements, that's pretty amazing because of all the debris, drywall dust etc. I could go on all day about this company, just extremely happy with this company in every way!
