I was looking to have an over the airwaves antennae installed in my attic for regular tv. I was told this would be an easy install by Jeff at the time I made the appointment. Jeff arrived on time but from the beginning seemed to have no idea how to make my request happen. He continually complained about the heat although he was only in the attic for a very short period of time. He attempted to use my current cable outlets as a source for the connection but took down my internet once he hooked everything up. Upon my feed back concerning no internet, he proceeded to look up on his phone how to fix it. After switching out several connectors and splitters he determined that he could only set up 2 of the 4 rooms I requested for tv and I had to move my router for internet to make that happen. After 5 hours of this he adjusted my bill but I was not happy with the knowledge or professionalism I thought I was getting. In addition the cable lid on the outside of the house was broken after he attempted to re secure it and I will now have to purchase a new one.

Jeff was able to mount our TV above our fireplace after many obstacles with an older home. The finished product is exactly what I was looking for.

We wanted an outdoor antenna installed on our house. Jeff came and let us know our options. We decided on his proposal after we looked at a couple others. He came out when he said he would, he installed the antenna and made sure that our tvs were hooked up properly AND that we were comfortable using the new setup. He was prompt, courteous and did a great job!!
