End result was fine but getting there was difficult. No return calls or emails until I threatened to cancel my order. Follow up was not good. When I tried to contact the salesman he said "I just sell the fences" and said he had forwarded my email to his boss. Customer service was not good. We cleared an entire morning for them to install after I finally had heard from angel and he told us the install date and time. When they didn't show I called and left a message with my name and address. When I was called back later that morning the employee gave me a different address and had the wrong fence as well. Very frustrating.

Big project...took longer than expected

Excellent customer service. Returned calls quickly. Crew was on-time and completed the job on schedule (and more quickly than others quoted). Competitive price and performed more services than other companies offered. Created custom gate designs that turned out very nice. Offers pre-dip wood stain (that other contractors didn't have facilities for) for more uniform appearance and no stain mess in the yard. Was able to work around shrubs that other contractors wanted to extract. Used quality clear cedar boards. Best warranty I have seen. Highly recommended.

I got a quote from Angel but went with another contractor.

Our experience was very good. We had prompt answers to our questions and Angelo and his workmen provided the service they said they would.

Right after our fence was installed this past spring by Cisco Fences, I posted positive feedback for the services rendered. I'm taking this opportunity to update service since then.The problem I now face is that I can't get him or his crew to come out and make repairs! About a week after the fence was installed, we noticed many of the planks had splits in them. Also, there were spots where the nail was driven into the wood, and consequently the wood split from that. I called Cisco Fences back in April to report this. He said to go around the entire fence and put a piece of tape where I saw the splits. Well, I did, and I have called him several times over the months since then, he said he would send someone out and repair them and that has yet to happen and it's now nearing the end of August..it's been 5 months! I'm very disappointed in what, at first seemed like excellent service, has now severely diminished....Buyer Beware.

Cisco Fencing did an incredible job for me. They are definitely the experts, I know I wanted/needed a fence but Angel told me what would be best for my home and I am extremely satisfied. Angel took more of a consultative approach when selling to me as opposed to just telling me features and I really appreciated that.

Fence turned out better than I even expected! I highly recommend Cisco fencing and definitely feel I made the right choice in picking them. The crew was very polite and cleaned everything up nicely. Angel showed up when he said he would and always answered immediately or returned phone calls quickly (seems to be rare these days).

Angel is very nice. I had some problems with getting him back out here to make a couple of repairs to the fence right after it was built..it took about 2 months before someone came and did the repairs.

Excellent finished project

Work was done on time and a very professional job. Fence looks spectactular. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Very friendly, eagar to please and again... very professional.

I hired the contractor and before I could fully inspect the project my credit card I had given for deposit was charged for the balance. I have been promised several times that outstanding issues would be resolved, but Cisco fencing has never delivered on promises.
