Responded quickly a gave appropriate price. Even when some unexpected extra costs appeared Miguel did not raise the price, he honored it. Very professional. Will recommend highly. Plan on keeping his services for Fall and spring cleanup, and other services.

Cisnes was hired to improve landscaping by getting rid of standing water on the property by adding a drainage system, increasing the slope of the property towards the drain by adding fill, removal of trees, shrubs and weeds and planting new grass. The job was estimated to take 3 weeks. The job started off well with Miguel, the person in charge of the job, removing shrubs, weeds and trees as scheduled. However, several branches on trees that were supposed to be cut were left in place, the installation of the drainage system was not done properly and my sprinkler system was damaged in numerous places due to the Miguel and his crew negligence, which had to be brought to Miguel attention to fix. They did not proactively notify me.I asked Miguel to let me know when he was coming to work on the property so that I could be at home to address issues and he continued to show up unannounced. He also made appointments which he did not keep which he blamed on his wife Maria not telling him of other appointments. The project was supposed to take 3 weeks and it has gone on more than 3 months and still is not complete. Ultimately, the drainage system did not work, Miguel used cheap grass seeds and did not plant the grass until July/August (versus May when originally planned) which resulted in growing a lot of crabgrass. His crew also dug up perfectly good grass which also is not growing back. When Miguel planted the seed, it was not covered with hay so most of it continued to be washed away. Miguel then asked for an advance on the third payment, committed to finishing the job and then never returned my phone calls, text messages, mail certified letter. I am currently starting the process to file a complaint with the BBB and a suit in small claims court.I would not recommend this contractor because of his inconsistent work and lack of communication and disrespect showed to me and my property.

I hired this company and worked with Miguel and his son. He listened to my concerns and told me no problem he will fix it. I found his work to professional and detailed orientated. Thank you to Cisnes Landscaping for a job well done. I highly recommend anyone needing work to give them a try.

Miguel did a great job for me. Had him install a refrigerator line where he had to cut through my base cabinets and run the line around an L shaped portion of my Kitchen to my sink. Also installed a garbage disposal. Within hours from my request he came by and gave a fair rate and worked with me as well. He was very punctual, his work was clean and he was very informative as well. I hope to use him in the future and at the least will give him the opportunity to bid for the job. I would recommend him at the least to bid as an option.

UPDATE WRTTENBELOW: There license should be reviewed so they have been referred to the Better Business Bureau so others BE AWARE. I hired Cisnes landscaping to do three cleanups on my property. They came the firs time in late summer 2018 and did a good job. I wanted to come in the fall but they decided to attempt to come in late November is which I said no because I already had my Christmas stuff up but come next spring. So they never came out in Nov. as instructed Instead came in early summer of June 2019 much later than asked. That was the second of three cleanups we agreed upon. They were supposed to come back mid summer. Never came so I wrote them on 08/09/2019 asking them to come since they did not come mid summer for my third cleanup.. The owner Maria responded saying that they came three times and any extra would cost. I wrote them back saying that they didn't and please give me the three dates that you claimed that services were rendered. They never responded back to me which means that they know they are in the wrong and have received money for services not rendered. This company acted in an unprofessional manner and have horrible record keeping services. They should even be recommended on Home advisor. They do this site harm by keeping such a shady company on here. They get a half a star for actually doing an ok job WHEN THEY ACTUALLY ADHERE TO THE AGREEMENT. UPDATE: After notifying the BBB they e-mailed saying that hey would come the following week (week of 8/19) The foreman Miguel wrote me and e -mail saying that they would come the following a week I wrote them three emails back to confirm, never heard back. I finally received an e-mail back on 8/16 saying that they would be there that day. They came and completed the job. Now that the third cleanup is done I will not be using them again because of the issue of making them come out for the agreed amount of visits. That being said, they did a really good job, hand pulling weeds, trimming bushes, small trees and cleaning up all that needed to be done. Miguel and team did a great job.! This might because of my BBB complaint, reason or no reason the third cleanup was done and done well.

They did a good job. They cleaned up very nice. My ceiling had a hole in it and they fixed it and painted it. However, I was overcharged. My initial price of $1300.00 went up to $2461.00. My insurance says the job was only worth $968.00 but agreed to pay $1300.00.

They did nice work to fix Sheetrock drywall but they did not clean up neatly after the work was completed also they left behind garbage bag for us to dispose. Scheduling was also not so good. They did half work but then we had to follow up to get work completed. They don't reply to emails and phone calls are way to contact them. In end, overall satisfied with repairs.

Miguel and the rest of his crew were very professional and friendly. Their price is very reasonable and their work is beyond our expectations. They did an excellent job cutting down 2 big trees and cleaning all the over growth in our yard. They were very thorough and we are very satisfied. They finished the job in a timely matter and they also cleaned and hauled away all the shrubs and branches. We would definitely hire them again in the near future to help with landscaping and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Miguel and his assistant were able to come the next day after making an appointment and gave a fair price and good job. We'll be hiring Cisnes again.
