am very disappointed and so regretful that I hired this company. As of 08/18/2023, the work that they were contracted to do is still incomplete. On 10/25/2022, I was solicited on social media after posting on a local group looking for a reliable contractor. I expected a few messages but not such a promising message offering to meet all of my construction needs. To my surprise, I was contacted by Citrus Contractors. They said that they definitely offered to do all of the work I had described in my post and even offered to help with my insurance claim. I thought it was perfect because I had so much damage in so many different areas of my home and I knew I would need a lot of different types of trade work in order to get my home back to how it was prior to the storm. Unfortunately, it has not been perfect. It hasnâ t even been okay..its been a nightmare that has been going on for almost a year. They have caused more damage, extensive damage that was not there after the hurricane, and are now refusing to fix it. They are also charging me the full amount of my contract without doing most of the work, and are cheeky enough to put it in writing. They put a lien on my house after knowing that my roof failed inspection, but will not communicate with me. They left such a mess at my house that a roofing nail embedded in my husbands leg while he was mowing the lawn. He was out of work for a week fighting the infection that it caused. They have fired almost every person that has had any contact with me. I do not recommend this company to anybody. They are horrible. Not only do they do bad work, but the refusal to communicate with me as a customer is so disrespectful. At this point, I may have to hire a lawyer in order to be made whole and to have the lien removed from my house. A lien that was put on the roof failed all three inspections and had to be replaced. My home has been in a constant state of construction since October of last year. This should not happen to anyone. This is not how a good contractor does business.

James Willis was the reason I chose Citrus. My roof was complete in 3 days. I would recommend James for all your roofing needs. Very friendly, will take time to explain any question you may have , you can always call to ask him about concerns and just a great person. They did a great job. Love my new roof.

My General Manager, Brian Taylor, came through on all promises and was quick to respond to all my questions. My roof was installed quickly and professionally. I have recommended Brian to two of my neighbors who are also in need of a new roof.

I used Citrus Contracting to replace my roof. They did the job- -after charging my insurance company 10,000 more than they quoted me. During the job they broke several sprinkler heads, ripped pool screens and put a hole in the pan roof above my pool. I have spoken to at least 3 people about this on the 3 weeks since and all thoughc they promise to fix it- no one has reached out to do so. Check your bill- I have repeated line items in the total. Just another scam roofing company stealing from the insurance companies and raising our rates.

Ian Davis was the reason I chose Citrus and he did not disappoint. He followed the process from the appraisal stage to the very end. In addition, Nicki from the credit department in Cocoa was also outstanding. I will always recommend Citrus.

Make sure you ask many questions before, during and after project, (especially during). Citrus Contracting AKA Total Home Roofing are not very good communicators! Sales Rep (Chris) was down to earth and tried helping as much as he could but company has the final say. Price we were quoted was not what we ended up paying. Main issue was that during installation it was not mentioned to us that planks would be needed instead of plywood. Im no roofing expert so i had no idea! Didnt find out till we receied our final bill for $500 more than what was quoted/included. They have no customer service skills and there is no communication between sales rep/office/ and installers doing the work! Secondly they wanted to give us a different color trim than what we chose and when we called the office we were told that they didn't have any in stock! After some fuss they were able to get the correct color trim that we initially asked for from another county. Lastly They forgot to replace our rain guard for our front entrance after installation. After several email reminders they installed a new one but it wasn't till a week after! Based on my personal experience with this company, I would not recommend them to my friends.

Messy messy messy. They forgot to cover the pool TWO days in a row. Needless to say they tore the solar blanket in several places. I fished out more than two dozen nails, over 30 strips of CLEAR plastic and will be vacuuming asphalt for weeks. Can you imagine what that may do to my pump if I miss any??? They moved my sons wheelchair ramp Monday and did not put it back before they left even after I texted the foreman to remind him before the workers left. At 8 o'clock that night he said, **I am sorry, I will put it back tomorrow** TOMORROW!!!! Are you serious? He cannot get out of the house! Bless the workers, the boss had them on the roof during a lightening storm and working in the dark with flashlights, not even headlamps. I did not care if they needed all week as long as it was right. It was not right. They almost put on black shingles instead of tan. Fortunately I caught that mistake before they started. They installed box vents when I specifically asked for ridge vents. That is a big deal because box vents are more likely to leak in hurricane areas. Oh yeah we live in Florida. ? And they do not cool the attack as well as ridge vents according to the energy commission. I am not even mentioning the little stuff. After talking to the supervisors boss, they came back out and installed the ridge vents and removed the box vents. They took $200 off the bill for the damages to the pool. But a month later, we are still picking up nails around the house, driveway, and I still have asphalt settling in my pool and filter system.

We have a very old house and no one wanted the job because it was too hard. They replaced our spanish style roof. It looks EXCELLENT and we love it. Most professional and customer service driven people I know. I would give them a hundred stars if I could.

They did a great job, but after the job was done, I had some leaks. They were fixed, but they sent one guy for the roof repair and another guy for the interior repair, sometimes weeks apart.

Very professional company. We had a re-roof and have been very pleased with their service, communication, and attention to details. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

First rain after roof completed had a leak. 2 months, multiple contacts with multiple people at this company 5 times to come out and finally repaired. Not once did they recognize that I had extensive water damage inside the home because of the leak and how long it took them to actually fix it. Finally had to go through my insurance company to handle the 10K plus damage. Still out my $1,500 deductible. Have yet to hear from anyone at this company. They just wanted to avoid it and pretend it never happened so it would go away. I'd think twice before I'd hire them for anything.

Lower rating for value is because all roofers seem to have raised their prices 35-50% after Irma went through.

Job went as smoothly and as professionally as I could ever imagine! Travis Was thorough in his inspection of the property and went over every detail of the job. Jonathan was my Field Supervisor and, along with Cristina in the office, kept me informed of every step along the way. Everyone was very personable and professional. The crew worked diligently and made sure that everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. I was kept informed as to what was being done and when the next step would begin and end. Amazing!

The entire staff of Total Home Roofing was extremely courteous and very considerate of our needs and accommodations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs Roofing. They were fast, thorough, detail oriented and we are extremely happy with their service. We cannot say enough good things about this company!

Friendly, honest, and concerned...it turned out my roof was not my issue and they guided me to the right contractor for my issue. They went out of their way! My roof still has a good 5 years they told me, and when I reach that point, they will certainly be the company I call!
