Landscape Soil, Sand, Mulch and Rock Delivery
Charles started off good, but went south very fast. He was unreliable. poor ( if any ) communication and a liar. I've been waiting for a pallet of sod he owes me for over a year and I've been waiting for over 2 months for him to finis the last job he'll ever do for me. He does not hold proper licenses to do any irrigation or fertilizing work. I'm not even sure he carries any kind of insurance. None the less, I would not recommend APS to do any kind of work. My next stop will be the BBB.
