I`m very pleased with my new patio. The work was done in a timely and profesional manner.

Very dissatisfied with quality of work. time management on project. Work still not completed, contractor will not respond to correct exsisting problems with faulty work.

James was prompt and called me back as soon as I requested him to help. He continually phoned to update on availability to complete project, plus several others that he worked on for me. James was again very flexible and accommodating. His workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. I would not hesitate to call James again for future projects. Prompt response to request. Performed service within a couple of days. One part of repair had to be redone (hole that was filled and covered with brick sank in after rain). It took a couple of calls and a little over one week to have this taken care of. Work was very satisfactory otherwise. Work area mostly cleaned up. Friendly and cooperative. Always answered phones or returned calls promptly. I would call them again for an appropriate job.

Great experience. Our service rep (Eric) took care of our plumbing issue in time to let us enjoy our Thanksgiving day cooking, then returned Friday to correct the problem that caused our loss of pressure. Everything was handled professionally, and he tolerated our hand-wringing and silly questions with amazing patience. We owe our enjoyable holiday to him, and to you.

The service was great, they called to let me know they were running late and the repair person (Mike) was really knowledgeable.

This was one of the best service experiences I have had. The owner of the company actually responded the same day and within a couple of hours my plumbing problem was fixed. The owner was polite yet personable and quickly and expertly diagnosed and resolved the problem. I even recommended him to my mother.
