The person came in on time, very professional, took his time to make sure all or as much of the stains were removed. We had a big old soap stain in front of the washer that looked awful and he was abled to remove it right off. Great service. I'll definitely pass the word around.

I thoght they did a pretty good job but the majority of the carpet in my new house was close to new condition so it wasn"t really much work but in the only high traffic area with any stains I still see stains after its all dried and done....

They did a good job but a bit pricey for what was done.

The gentleman was personable and said he would do a good job. He pointed out the red spot which he said he probably couldn't remove ( I already knew this). He worked hard but he cleaned around my love seat and arm chair instead of moving it. I have now noticed in the sunlight that their are pale yellow stains on the family room carpet which were not noticeable before. The living room and bedroom look great but the Family room looks worse than before he cleaned it.

The tech was on time and very courteous and did agreat job of cleaning the carpets. He accomplished the task in the time he had told me it would take. Next time I need my carpets cleaned I will definitelty call them.

On time, evening appointment with short notice, reasonable price, excellent work- cleaned pet stains. The only constructive feedback i would provide is that they should advise potential customers on the length of time to dry.

Dawood did an excellent job. The sofa and 2 love seats they cleaned look brand new. The only problem with the carpet was that it took more than 6 hours for it to completely dry and I had a cewiling fan going in the room and the ac fan on. Yes, I would use them again.

They came out during the time period specified. The Tech was curtious, efficient and knowledgable. I have since recommended them to my daughter to have her carpets done. The carpets came out beautiful.

City Carpet Cleaners sent a repairman out within four hours of my first contact with them. Even though it was late Saturday, he replaced the large area of ruined carpet with a extra piece. I am very pleased not only with the job he did but the fact that I didn't have to live with the disaster over the weekend. Now it is like it never happened. Thank you, and thank City Carpet.
