I did have them out through my home warranty company AHS . They did a switch and bait type sell . Replaced my ac and heat unit said it was through AHS and they would oñ pay 4500 but leaving us a 10000 diff had to sign contract on new unit have a so it just to find out that AHS did not know anything about this and hey did n pay anything on service . So I got scammed by this company . I am in the middle of filing a law suit against city AC company for scam . I also will include AHS for allowing this to happen . If anyone else would like to be in this lawsuit please reach out to me. I will be asking for the max payout . They need to be held accountable for there actions . Also went to use heat now in November and unit does not work . ? So calling a diff ac heat company out to check out . But hope to have a joint lawsuit asking for 1.9 million to cover all expenses from this company's switch and bait tactics .

I never write reviews, good or bad. But I want to help other people. DONâ T USE THIS COMPANY. Do your research, read other reviews (the 1* ones) and get a second opinion is all I can say. We use AHS and Iâ ll list all the issues below, but this company is truly the worst Iâ ve ever worked with for anything. Our AC unit stopped working so they came out, changed the capacitor and went on their way. AC worked for 3 days then went out again. It took them 2 days to come out the second time. They said theyâ d be there between 8-12 and showed up at 4pm. They then told us our compressor was broken and weâ d need it repaired. But that wouldnâ t fix it for long so they quoted us for new units ($5k or $10k) and showed us AHS would provide discounts. They could replace the unit the next morning or weâ d have to wait days for the repair request to be approved by AHS. We chose to wait. They didnâ t submit the request to AHS for 2 days and when it came back AHS would only pay for $600 of the $4k total bill. A majority of that bill was the cost of the refrigerant/coolant. We luckily have a friend in the industry who asked us why they were charging us for the R22 refrigerant ($200/lb) when our unit takes the (much cheaper) R410A refrigerant. I had to call Cityline 3 times to get an updated quote that showed the right refrigerant on it, and they kept claiming it was just a typo. The price never changed, but the refrigerant should have been at least 50% cheaper. They claimed they used the best R410A refrigerant you can buyâ ¦ We were very uneasy at this point so had someone else come look at the unit. He asked why wires were unplugged in the unitâ ¦ my belief is they unplugged it to convince us the compressor was out. Once he plugged the wires back in, he let us know the motor fan was the issue and would need replacing. This was a $200 fix rather than $4k. We got lucky. But my advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. And if you do because AHS requires it, pay for the second opinion. Trust me. Also, check your unit, you can find the type of refrigerant it uses on the outside and the inside panel. Last thing â they never even submitted replacement quotes to AHS (because AHS would never pay to replace when they can repair). They just showed us a discounted price to prey on the fact that we were hot and hoping weâ d replace the unit so it could be done faster. I hope this helps even just one person. Working with this company made me understand why people donâ t trust AC companies. Use another company, any other company. Good luck and stay cool!

Matt was very friendly. Knew exactly what was wrong. Arrived a little late but had a job before me so I knew there could be a small delay. He explained everything to me and allowed me to videotape what he was doing so my husband who was out of town would know and understand everything fully. Great experience.
