Asphalts not level, moisture pools in the middle of the parking lot and the asphalt is beginning to crack. No response after multiple attempts to contact the company.

I met company owner about time they were completing job for a neighbor. I asked owner if he would be interested in doing work on my driveway. We walked up my driveway and I pointed out cracks I wanted filled and sealed and explained that I needed patch of asphalt with more grit in it at upper part of my steep driveway. He said they could do job for $3,800 and that they had asphalt left over from other job, so they could do it the same day. Later, one of his workers came up and told me that they would do it the next day. Nobody showed up the next day. I ran into my neighbor whose driveway they had done. He said he was calling Ed and I could talk to him when they finished. I talked to him and he said they could not come out that day and pushed to get me to agree to do entire driveway. He quoted $8,000 price, but lowered it to $7,000 when I said I couldn't handle the higher price. I said I could pay the $7,000, but had to use 2 credit cards. He reluctantly agreed. He lowered price but never said they would not seal the driveway, which they didn't. I expressed concern about the loose asphalt/rocks/gravel and asked if it would hold up that winter. He said they could seal later for another $1,000. It didn't hold up. I sent him photos of the reappearing cracks and other areas that were deteriorating. We exchanged emails but nothing came of that. I told him that I wanted the cracks filled and sealed and the patch of asphalt with more grit at the upper part of my driveway. This was what I asked for to begin with and he said he could do it for $3,800. He has ignored and has not responded to my last email. My neighbor provided two names and addresses he had for Ed Carroll's companies. Of interest is that when I paid the $7,000 with two credit cards I received an email telling me the $7,000 would be credited to another company. There are several unanswered and puzzling questions regarding the one or two businesses. I feel I've been taken advantage of, perhaps because I'm an old man (80 yrs old). I've tried to get them to rectify the poor work product that they left me with. They should take care of this serious problem ASAP.

City Paving performed a grading and asphalt paving project. The work was completed on a timely basis. Shortly after completion,a few areas needed some follow up work,sinking and breaking up of asphalt. A 2 year warranty was part of the contract.Calls were made to correct the problems, after 13 months no response to fix the deficiencies.

city paving came out and gave us an estimate very quikly we thought it over and decided to hire them a couple of days later they arrived very promply and completed our project in a timely manner it has been done acouple of years now and all is perfect .
