Waiting for the next rain /snow event to determine if installation of the roof and skylight are water tight.UPDATE 1/13/2006 City & State contacted me promptly after receiving my call. They gave me a fair and equitable quote and completed the work prior to the scheduled date.The quality of their work was very good . They made an accurate accessment of my needs and made very good recommendations and used quality parts and materials without inflating the cost. I highly recommend their services.

These guys were terrific in every single way!

Need to work on the cleanup. Asphalt buckets left in the back of the house.

(1) Everyone else would only give me normal sized gutters, which overflowed even right after a cleaning. City & State met my need for oversized gutters sufficient for my roof size. These are working well. (2) Everyone else either would not put on Alcoa "Leaf Relief" or insisted on an inferior product. City and State put them on these gutters last summer. We have huge trees next to the house. After fall and winter snow and ice, the "Leaf Relief" system is working perfectly, the gutters are clean and the coverings are clean (by the wind) as they say.

Wonderful job. I hired them after a botched roofing job by another contractor who I also found through Danny was very knowledgable and did everything possible to make me feel at ease after being duped by this other contractor. He even took pictures of my finished roof. Thank you Danny I will sleep much better now.

Did a fast and good job. Had one problem and took a week or so to correct. Very nice and very knowledgeable. I will call them again.

The whole process was quick and relatively painless. Value and Quality I gave a good rating, because only time, and a heavy rain can be the judge. The job looks good and clean, and I am sure the roof will stand up to the tests.

Very professional, courteous, prompt and clean. Danny and his staff were finished before I knew they even started. The only complaint is the little bit of silver coating that got on the siding....but I am a perfectionist. Would use them again.

Danny was available throughout the entire process. I work two jobs so scheduling is very important. I was pleasantly surprised at the price. The work was scheduled for 10 days later but his crew showed up before the scheduled start date and completed the job in an expeditious manner. This was a big job (Porch roof , back roof, new shingles on dormer roof & a new Skylight) which generated a lot of debris, but they cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they had been there all day.

City & State Roofing did a great job installing my new gutters. I would recommend them to others and will use them in the future. TE

I was very pleased with the job that City & State did on my roof -- I had several rooves done by them, including a rubber main roof, slate pent roof, copper above a bay window and a copper porch roof. They did a quality job with quality materials at a very reasonable cost for the work they did. I would recommend this company.
