Mark responded to us very quickly. He got our job done very quickly and very efficiently. He is extremely professional and very honest. Our system is well over 20 years old and he could have very easily told us it needed to be replaced. Instead, he recognized the problem immediately and replaced the parts that were causing the problem. His prices are extremely fair and he does a great job. Iâ m sitting here enjoying my wonderfully air-conditioned living room as I type.

I wish every contractor was like Mark. He is an excellent communicator, on time, and took time to review my project and options. We will be hiring Mark for all our HVAC projects.

Mark Palacios, the owner, has serviced my entire HVAC system for over a year and I am very pleased with how well both systems operate. In addition to expert attention to every aspect of the systems during his evaluations and required maintenance, he is also an excellent trouble shooter. I had a water leak somewhere in the heater blower units that was causing staying on my plaster ceiling. Two other HVAC technicians could not find the property. Mark quickly found a pvc pipe that was not properly connected which he promptly repairedâ ¦no more leaks or stains. Mark is a trusted professional who I have highly recommended to family, friends and neighbors. On top of everything else, his rates and service plans are fair and affordable.

Was having trouble with the furnace and called a couple guys out to take a lot. Got some quotes, shopping around; but kept running into companies that were trying to up-sale me on the coils and performing a blower cleaning and that had already been done not that long ago. So I got recommended by my mother and sister who had work done by CityFlow. Thought I would give it a shot, spoke to owner over the phone, was straight forward, he came out to take a look and told me straight forward what I needed (Furnace blower motor) and got the job done the same day.. Cant go wrong reputable, solid work, knowledgeable and honest owner which is hard to find these days. They also offer a Full service protection plan that we figured we might as well get, especially considering the price. I really loved how knowledgeable my technician Mark was he was able to explain what was wrong with my system and what needed to be replaced. If I could give more stars I would. Prices are affordable and I also got on his Gold Membership protection plan which comes with free filter, blower cleaning and evaporater coil cleaning. And it also included my 2 yearly preventative maintenance tune up plus I get free service calls. Gives me a piece of mind knowing that my system is being well taken care of.

Mark is very efficient and he's always on time. He's warranty is ð ¯ excelent. He installed the system 4 years ago at my bosses Malibu house and never had a problem.
