Very easy to work with from the beginning. I called and left a message and received a call back with 15 minutes. We were worried that our 50 sq foot basement bar project was too small but he came out the next day and talked to us about options and pricing (which is significantly lower than the big national stores and many of the other specialty stores). We were able to go to their warehouse to look at different options and impressed with the wide variety of options available - he was very conscious of our budget and didn t try to push us into options out of our price range. Install was less than a week later. They came back out and measured again. At install, there was a small backsplash piece that was a little too big, so they came back the next day to finish the job. They were very courteous of our home and did an excellent job from beginning to end. Would definitely hire for future projects.

I needed a hole enlarged in a granite countertop to accomodate a new faucet - Ismail came out that same afternoon, gave me a fair price and did the work right away. If only every home project was that easy!

Ismail is incredible. I ordered a refrigerator and it did not hit in the space because of my wrong measuring. I ony needed an inch taken off the granite to allow the refrigerator to fit. It was late on a Saturday afternoon and the delivery crew were not all that helpful saving that now that I had the other two peices of the kitches, a microwave and a dishwasher, they could not take the registeraor back. So they set up the frig in the middle of my kitchen and said when the granite was done, I could just push the frig back into place. The problem was, where was I going to find someone on a Saturday afternoon. I went online and read all the reviews and chose City of Granite. Ishmael came out within the hour, took off the inch of granite and he and I pushed the frig into place. What a guy! Cannot thank hi enough or say enough good about this company and this man. He saved my kitchen and my sanity. Thank yu Ishmael.

Mr. Ismael was superb in his quick response to my request. I had made several calls to ads online that said they repair granite counter tops. But once I made the calls to various companies they explain that cracks in granite could not be repair. He thoroughly explained the process to me. When he arrived to the property he said it would take him about an hour to make the repair and he gave the cost for the repair. The repair was completed promptly as he had stated. Mr. Ismael was timely, personable and knowledgeable of his task. I was completely satisfied with his service. I would recommend him to others and would use him again if the needed. Ismael did an amazing job. He showed up promptly in time as scheduled, even though he had to spend extra time searching for my house as I gave him the wrong number :-). Professionally, he drilled through to install an additional faucet and performed repairs of the damaged granite slab edges - it looks beautiful now. Excellent pricing, job done in time and clean, great customer service - Ismael took the time to explain to us the options for repairs and why he chose the specific course of action. Very personable, friendly and thorough. Ismael was very flexible, working with my schedule. He came in, we reviewed the repairs I needed, gave me an estimate and returned later in the day to do the work after I had returned from a doctor's appointment. He even gave me tips on how to keep my granite counter top looking new. I would not hesitate to recommend City of Granite to any of my friends.

Ismael was great! Gave me 13 choices of granite for the price he quoted me. Work was completed in one day and done very well. He threw in an extra slab and got a guy to hook up the new sink and cooktop in the kitchen for very cheap. He was 2/3 the price of all the other service magic estimates

The company was responsive, although the person I worked with had a strong accent. He came by my house and did a free estimate. Unfortunately, he was not able to fix the problem that I had, as the job was too small.

Ismael did a wonderful job of explaining what he could do for us and exactly what we could expect. We have a quartz countertop that was damaged and think he did the best job possible with the type of damage. He was on-time and worked diligently on the repair until we were all satisfied. They did a great job. They helped us pick a beautiful stone, they put it on quickly and everything looks great. We received estimates from three other contractors and City of Granite was the least expensive making this a great value. The only issue we had was that some of the wood underneath the counter had been split or the seams had been spread apart after the job was complete but City of Granite was happy to come by and repair the issues after we called them. Also, the plumbers that City of Granite hired were very helpful and went above and beyond what was necessary to help us fix an issue that was not directly caused by their work.

City of Granite helped us with a difficult kitchen renovation and did a great job fixing and reinstalling our existing granite in a very timely and professional manner!

City of Granite is by far the best value for my money. I checked with half a dozen companies in my research, and City of Granite provided me with both the best price and most attentive customer service. The craftsmanship is impeccable - seams are virtually invisible; bar top is completely level even though the support is badly tilted; high backsplash is nice and clean with outlets cutout perfectly. I have since had City of Granite do another job with the same great result. Highly recommended!

City of Granite was such a blessing to our family. We live in Great Falls but don't have a super huge kitchen. City of Granite treated us as if we were their most important client. Incredible customer service and they answered all of my questions to my full satisfaction. Then the City of Granite crew came out and were so professional and as picky as I am. I have a degree in architecture and engineering from UC Berkeley and have extremely high standards. City of Granite have some truely exceptional granite crafters with creative ideas. Can't wait to do my bathroom vanity next. I have already recommended them to my closest friends & family.
