At Citywide Landscape & Lawn Services we are a full service landscape and lawn care service company. We are capable of completing small residential work and large full scale commercial projects. I have over 5 years of experience in the industry and would love to be your regular lawn care service company! The project was the installation of a pergola kit, new paver patio, and associated landscaping. The project was completed last December. This spring the landscape bed was full of Bermuda grass emerging through the pine straw. Upon investigation, I discovered they had created the shrubbery bed by placing upside down sod from the patio area in the over the entire planting bed. Anyone familiar with landscaping knows that the Bermuda grass will continue to grow under those conditions. When I contacted Todd to ask for rectification, he did not return my call. In addition, it was very difficult to get him to complete the project in a timely manner. In fairness, the pergola was installed properly and the worker who laid the patio did an outstanding job. However, I would never use them again due to his unresponsiveness and his willingness to execute an incompetent landscaping project and conceal it under pine straw.

I hired Todd to do some major landscaping and was very satisfied that I had someone who was responsive, and did the work in a timely manner, even though I kept adding to the project. Which you would think was a good thing. Now I am in the process of finding someone else to fix a problem. One of the zones is not working and since they laid new sod it needs watering. I have made 4 different attempts to reach him and he has not responded. While I still owed him money and was paying he was quick to respond, now I don't even get the courtesy of a response, very disappointed!

Todd came over right away when I contact him about a broken sprinkler head that my husband couldn't fix, and to get a quote for installing a new sprinkler zone. They did the work 3 days later, so no long wait to get service. His team of young men were hardworking and diligent, and tried hard to please me. All in all a great experience. POST NOTE: Just a minor think but the workers left because it was raining (totally understand) and didn't finish cleaning up the valve installation (cover open, hole not filled), and they never showed me that the new Zone 6 actually works. We still haven't tested it but hopefully today. Since the drip line was just laid out with no fittings (no plants yet) we just need to verify that water comes out the end of the line. If they did that test (hopefully) I would have liked to have been told.

The crew was prompt, professional, thorough and courteous. They answered all my concerns and the quality of the work was better than good. I will use them again next spring for more landscaping work we have planned. They are also licensed irrigation pros and they repaired my broken units with ease. Todd is easy to do business with and very customer focused.

Never came back to finish. Will not return texts, emails or calls. Sent a bunch of very young men who had no idea what they are doing to do the work. He was not there to supervise and ran into problems with system. Got his money never heard from him again. I am not the only one who he has done this to. He needs to be sued.

"We contacted the client, the day we were suppose to perform a follow up, to inform the client we would not be able to make the appointment. After the attempt to reschedule, the first communication from the client became aggressive immediately and after a couple of text message exchanges, we regrettably decided to sever ties with the client."

Todd Scott was personable and available throughout the install. The work was accomplished in a professional manor. The end result was a full five zone irrigation system installed in an existing yard. All work was completed as promised. Well pleased.

Poor work, poor customer follow-up. I recommended him to two neighbors and one is dissatisfied and blaming me. Poor work, poor follow through.

"We installed perfectly healthy plants from our nursery vendor. After installation, the new plantings were not watered for two weeks per the client. There was not a warranty agreement in place, but we still replaced 8 of the plantings at no additional cost to the client."

They did a good job clearing and getting rid of all the leaves and making my yard look awesome but forgot to clear one side of the ditch in front of my home and I contacted them twice to see if they could come back to finish what I paid them for already to do but at this time of this review they still have not. I will not hire them again because of this or refer them to anyone because of it.

"We performed more services than agreed with more labor than anticipated but we did not add any additional cost when the spring cleanup was complete. The profit was enough for a tank of fuel. My crew did make a mistake and did not clean out leaf build up at a driveway culvert (about enough to fill a five gallon bucket). On the other hand, we removed enough debris from the property to fill a 16 long trailer. Later in the season the client did actually contact me for my services again."
