May 2020. I had some major work done by CWP&R. I did my research and received bids from 4 other reputable local companies with high reviews but ultimately decided on CWP&R. What stood out to my spouse and I was the honesty and advice given to us by Eric the owner during the inspection. He was thorough, reasonable, friendly and very accommodating considering we were needing the work completed as soon as possible because of military duties. We chose this company also for their ability to do all the potential work we would need for a house that we noticed had significant wood rot (both trim and panels), 10+ years since last painted (unsure when original homeowners painted), and a sagging header beam above the garage. This company had the knowledge, license, and experience to replace the needed rotted trim, damaged side panels, and garage (if needed). Other companies were comparable to the price for painting and caulking but the wood rot, replacing of panels, and potential header damage was not a task for all companies. We wanted all the work done by one team dedicated to the job until complete and CWP&R was more than capable of doing all this work. We are so happy we chose this company. Jorgeâ s team did an amazing job and worked timely. They worked at least 8 hour or more each day (weather pending). They were respectful and ensured their work area was clean each night before they went home. I appreciate how they scanned for nails in the driveway every night and notified us when they were leaving. Jorge told us he would take care of the house and he and his team did that and more. Review of work. All wood rot was replaced, primed, and caulked thoroughly. Unfortunately, the header did require replacement due to the original builders placing the header flashing upside downâ ¦ (facepalm)â ¦ but the team did an amazing job replacing the header, flashing, and trim. Panels for the siding were also replaced and done beautifully. Paint job was great to watch as they did such a good job. They even went back with a paint brush to look for any touchup areas. No overspray could be found on the mulch, rocks, plants nor shingles. I am so impressed at the attention to details this team did during all the stages. I have had multiple neighbors compliment the house. Neighbors I know and just neighbors walking by. I have also had neighbors asking for the name of the company for painting and repairing wood rot for their home. We highly recommended this company to them and would definitely recommend them to anyone else seeking quality and attention to detail for their home painting/repair. I wanted to leave this review to show my appreciation for the company and will use them in the future for other projects. Sorry some pics out of order.

We just had a major amount of wood rot repaired and our whole house painted by Citywide. Their work was exemplary! From the initial contact with Eric, the owner, and throughout the work, there was great communication. The crew worked long hours! They went above and beyond to make sure all areas were completely repaired and the painting was top-notch! Everyone was very friendly and strove to please! Would highly recommend this company for any painting or repair needs!

We were getting water intrusion through existing smartpanel siding. Eric came back with the most competent and through assessment and quote for the repair work. Based on that, and the other reviews here on homeadvisor, we chose them to replace the siding over the whole wall that was having the issue. The crew showed up on time and were very polite and professional. They worked fast and late, until nearly 7:30PM, and they made sure to ask if that was acceptable at 5PM before continuing. The crew took the time to answer my questions as they were installing the new house wrap and siding, and explained some problems they found in the attic along the way and how they overcame the situation. They cleaned up the work area thoroughly when the install was complete. The final caulk and paint looks great and we are getting zero water intrusion. I would highly recommend Citywide to anyone needing exterior repairs, and they will be at the top of the list for callbacks on future improvements and repairs to our home.

Overall very pleased with the work performed by Citywide. They showed up on time and worked efficiently until the job was completed. Neighbors complimented us on their work as well.

Eric was very professional and prompt when setting up work to be done. His crew was prompt and cleaned up every day they were there. Work was done ahead of schedule . Even fixed bad siding that was found after the job was started. Quality work for a fair price. Will use them again for upcoming project. Dalene T.
