May 2020. I had some major work done by CWP&R. I did my research and received bids from 4 other reputable local companies with high reviews but ultimately decided on CWP&R. What stood out to my spouse and I was the honesty and advice given to us by Eric the owner during the inspection. He was thorough, reasonable, friendly and very accommodating considering we were needing the work completed as soon as possible because of military duties. We chose this company also for their ability to do all the potential work we would need for a house that we noticed had significant wood rot (both trim and panels), 10+ years since last painted (unsure when original homeowners painted), and a sagging header beam above the garage. This company had the knowledge, license, and experience to replace the needed rotted trim, damaged side panels, and garage (if needed). Other companies were comparable to the price for painting and caulking but the wood rot, replacing of panels, and potential header damage was not a task for all companies. We wanted all the work done by one team dedicated to the job until complete and CWP&R was more than capable of doing all this work. We are so happy we chose this company. Jorgeâ s team did an amazing job and worked timely. They worked at least 8 hour or more each day (weather pending). They were respectful and ensured their work area was clean each night before they went home. I appreciate how they scanned for nails in the driveway every night and notified us when they were leaving. Jorge told us he would take care of the house and he and his team did that and more. Review of work. All wood rot was replaced, primed, and caulked thoroughly. Unfortunately, the header did require replacement due to the original builders placing the header flashing upside downâ ¦ (facepalm)â ¦ but the team did an amazing job replacing the header, flashing, and trim. Panels for the siding were also replaced and done beautifully. Paint job was great to watch as they did such a good job. They even went back with a paint brush to look for any touchup areas. No overspray could be found on the mulch, rocks, plants nor shingles. I am so impressed at the attention to details this team did during all the stages. I have had multiple neighbors compliment the house. Neighbors I know and just neighbors walking by. I have also had neighbors asking for the name of the company for painting and repairing wood rot for their home. We highly recommended this company to them and would definitely recommend them to anyone else seeking quality and attention to detail for their home painting/repair. I wanted to leave this review to show my appreciation for the company and will use them in the future for other projects. Sorry some pics out of order.

We just had a major amount of wood rot repaired and our whole house painted by Citywide. Their work was exemplary! From the initial contact with Eric, the owner, and throughout the work, there was great communication. The crew worked long hours! They went above and beyond to make sure all areas were completely repaired and the painting was top-notch! Everyone was very friendly and strove to please! Would highly recommend this company for any painting or repair needs!

We were getting water intrusion through existing smartpanel siding. Eric came back with the most competent and through assessment and quote for the repair work. Based on that, and the other reviews here on homeadvisor, we chose them to replace the siding over the whole wall that was having the issue. The crew showed up on time and were very polite and professional. They worked fast and late, until nearly 7:30PM, and they made sure to ask if that was acceptable at 5PM before continuing. The crew took the time to answer my questions as they were installing the new house wrap and siding, and explained some problems they found in the attic along the way and how they overcame the situation. They cleaned up the work area thoroughly when the install was complete. The final caulk and paint looks great and we are getting zero water intrusion. I would highly recommend Citywide to anyone needing exterior repairs, and they will be at the top of the list for callbacks on future improvements and repairs to our home.

Overall very pleased with the work performed by Citywide. They showed up on time and worked efficiently until the job was completed. Neighbors complimented us on their work as well.

Eric was very professional and prompt when setting up work to be done. His crew was prompt and cleaned up every day they were there. Work was done ahead of schedule . Paint job was fine, had some light spots that I had to touch up, not certain that they sprayed two coats on the front of the house like was promised, had to work so I couldn't watch them. Also did some damage to some landscaping. They didn't do anything terrible, house looks good and that's what we wanted.

Eric was very polite and was able and ready to fix what became multiple issues, but I had to be very involved and had to constantly make sure the work was being done correct, ran into an issue with the wrong paint being used for trim and was a big communication error on painting the shutters and door, but Eric was timely and fixed the issue same day, everything was done in the end, but wish I didn't have to babysit the workers so much, was an exhausting project but everything turned out great in the end.

Our project was a 23 unit brownstones community, not a small task. Their quote was competitive and their service outstanding. The warranty was the best of the five bids we received. Eric assisted us with choosing the various paint color combinations advising us of the most popular. Our unit owners are mostly seniors and were nervous over the boards decision to update the color combinations. Along with Sherman Williams and Erics guidance we were able to get the owners agree to the changes. This included his expertise in advising us of the colors that would be the most fade resistant over time. He dedicated his entire crew once the painting began, through quite a few weather delays and communicating consistently throughout the process. There were only 3 small touch ups that needed to be fixed and they were completed the next. This is a top notch company that takes the extra time to listen to your needs and follows through throughout the whole process.

Eric is polite and professional. He was on time to give a free estimate and I received the bid the next day. Although I felt the guttering bid was a little high, I accepted it and he scheduled my job the next week. The guttering color match and install was great...it looks great! This should take care of the ceiling leak we had...he caulked some areas also.

Eric quickly called and set up an appointment to view the project. He was on-time, professional and courteous. Because the repair was so small, he volunteered to do it free-of-charcge. This was an unexpected and very generous good deed.He had the patching completed within three days. I am very pleased with the job he did and will call Citywide first for siding replacement when I am able to do that.

These guys were amazing. We had a time crunch for getting the project started and they were able to work us in. When it was discovered that there was a major repair needed (water damage due to a poor design by the builder) they quickly got it repaired and made it better than it was when new. The workmanship was outstanding. A 5 star rating is not high enough to describe the quality and professionalism of this company.

Eric responded quickly to my initial request for exterior painting and replacing rotten wood on my house, gave me an extremely reasonable quote and scheduled my project quickly. They were delayed by the weather but kept me informed by e-mail (my preferred method of contact.) Once here, they completed the job quickly and well and Eric made sure I was satisfied with their work. They cleaned up and took everything with them, even scraped paint. The final bill was the exact price I was quoted. The house needs new windows and when I was told they do that too, I told Eric I would make sure to contact him when I'm ready. Highly recommended.

Citywide did an amazing job for us. Eric and Jay were both wonderful to work with. This was an extensive project: removing vinyl siding, then repairing, restoromg, and painting the existing siding underneath. The results were outstanding and completed quickly but carefully. We were impressed with their attention to detail and pride in their work. We will definitely use them for future projects and would be happy to recommend them to others. You can be confident that your home is good hands if you go with Citywide.

It was a little difficult to connect up and come to a set date to complete the work. However, once a date was set, they were on the job and performed the work within one day. The amount billed was as we originally agreed, even with an add on emergency request requiring an existing window to be reframed. They left the work area very clean.
