I scheduled a boundary survey from this company to be performed on a property I had purchased prior to closing. No one showed up at the scheduled time, my calls went unanswered, and hours later I was able to reach someone at the office who informed me they would "be getting to it at some point later in the day." I requested a phone call prior to their arrival so I could meet them at the property, I was insured this would occur and that I'd be receiving the survey map and bill via email. I never received a call and after driving to the property at the end of the day I noticed the survey had not yet been completed as there were no new boundary markers. Again my calls went unanswered. A few days later I was back at the property with a fencing contractor and noticed new boundary markers had been placed. "Great!" I thought, "Now I just need to wait to receive the offical map and bill!" Well here we are, almost three weeks later and I have not received a thing from this company or a phone call back. Luckily I can use the boundary stakes they placed to install my fence and not have to pay them a dime for their unprofessional business.

Professional Work

I enjoyed working with the survey team. I was very satisfied with the completed job and the bill. I also recommended them to the Court House will recording the survey.

I contacted CivilTek for an estimate. A tech with the company contacted me on Sunday and requested a scheduled appointment on Wednesday. I informed the rep I could not meet on Wednesday and set an appointment for Monday. Monday came and went with out the estimate being completed. I have wasted two days waiting for the appointment and will not be contacting this company any further. It would not be a big deal as long as I was contacted to be advised that the rep would not be able to make the appointment that was initially scheduled- but that was never done. I was quoted a price over the phone but the tech never showed to do the work.

Nice friendly people. Very efficient, completed the work, marked everything off so i knew where my boundries are. Went over my property with me when finished. Very pleased.

No complaints. These boys completed my survey within the week. While they were here, they were professional and courteous. The bill was reasonable. Honest and hard-working. I'd hire them again.

Excellent follow up; timely completion of work.

Company missed initial appointment b/c "they forgot about it". When the survey team appeared at the rescheduled appointment. They did their work quickly and efficiently. However, they did not come with a prepared receipt for the pre-agreed price. A hand-written one had to be created for the job.
