Bought this central vac system because of the owner! Loved him! Quick response...came out the day after I called and installed the next day.

Came on time, & made repair needed

Excellent service and very friendly

They did the job at a fair price.

Replaced the bad part in less than a half hour.

We needed a new power unit. I called the company. The owner called me back. We had a long discussion. I asked if they could install it the next day. They did, first thing in the morning.

The vacuum was making terrible noise,they replaced a brokenn motor and serviced the in house system. Less noise now and working much better.

CJ's came immediately to check out the problem we were having with our central vacuum system. They came back about a week later and found and fixed the problem. They really seemed to know their business.

They were prompt, accommodating, honest, respectful. Ours was a tough job -- they could have refused but they worked extra hard and made it happen. Very quality work. Highly recommend

This company has been around for many years, but their scheduling for an existing home/system isn't great. Our central vac system completely quit working (found out it was the motor), and we were without a vacuum for over 1 week (had to borrow a neighbor's upright). The tech was 2 days late for our appt, yes I said days (not hours). They didn't have enough tech's in their office at the time, and we sort of got put off for a bit. I would use them again...prices are great, and they do good work, but hopefully it won't be a big emergency like this time.

What a wonderful company and wonderful people! It's been a long time since I've had a company go out of their way for me like this and NOT charge an arm and a leg. I've asked them to come back and I'll will continue to use them in the future!

OUTSTANDING, FRIENDLY SERVICE - NOT TOO COMMOM HERE IN NAPLES!! I had ordered TWO hose wraps when the gentlemen (owner) was here and he said that he would be in the neighborhood the following Wed. - Have not heard from him!!
