Very Pleased. Carl fixed our fence in the front of the church (St. Lukes Roman Catholic Church) where a car had driven through. We had extra pieces for him to work with and he did a top-notch repair. Carl was a lot of fun to work with. We had multiple tasks -- landscaping, insulation and removing items/structures from the property. Carl was able to either do the work himself or find subcontractors to handle the tasks assigned. He is friendly to talk to and focused when he works. He also works with you to prepare a written work order. Would work with again.

Carl's timely response to correct my toilet leak was really appreciated. I was very impressed with his professionalism as to how he fixed the problem. His innovative approach to correct an ongoing problem was unique and worked. This was after several other plumbers could not figure it out. Thank you.

So he was not clear and honest on how much project would cost. When he first came for a estimate it was for a couple hundred dollars and when he finished the job he charge for 400.00 its double from the estimate!!

Carl can fix anything I need no matter how large or small the job is. Scheduling can be a bit hard at times because they have so many people who need this type of service. Excellent work!

Carl is very personable. We had a slew of unrelated issues in this old house and he mastered them all. He replaced walls, repaired bilco doors, installed ac units (in old odd-shaped windows) and gutters all around. He did his best to accommodate our schedules, too. We are very pleased and will definitely be hiring him again next spring with a new list! :)

CK underestimated the job significantly despite having inspected and visited on site. Carl is very knowledgeable and thinks through the problem to come up with the best solution. I would call him back again but get him to be more specific on written quotes/estimate.
