If it was possible to rate Claborn Construction higher than a 5 star, I certainly would. This project was one of few house projects that was not a pain to have completed. Had a sidewalk, steps and a pad installed. Work was done just as explained and on schedule. The finished project looks great. My only critique is that they filled up one of my trash cans instead of carting the debris away.

I received 6 quotes for the R & R of my driveway, front walk, and stoop. I chose Claborn Construction as my contractor based on his pricing, timeliness and references and I could not have made a better choice. Randy was on time everyday, was professional and clean when he left. The pour and finish work are excellent. I have been a Superintendent and Project Manager in the Residential and Commercial Construction filed for 15 years and worked with a lot of concrete contractors and I have always had issues with them. Not so with Claborn Construction, Randy is an excellent example what every contractor should strive for.

I provided a engineering drawing to Claborn Construction and he followed my design exactly. Finished product was excellent and the quality was great!

Demolished a deck and poured a patio for us. Generally a good experience - got the job done very quickly and efficiently, and worked with our schedule and needs. Just finished a couple days ago, but so far, so good. Very professional and easy to work with.

A problem that many contractors have is a lack of communication with the customer... NOT SO with Claborn Construction. Even when poor weather delayed the project, Randy was in constant communication with me about when they would resume working, and about how and when the project would be completed. They actually got done with our patio a day ahead of schedule, without sacrificing the quality. Very pleased with the work, the timing, and the price. Will use Claborn Construction again.

Randy gave us a good price and did good work. He and his help were knowlegable, capable and courteous. When the weather did not cooperate, Randy worked hard to reschedule as soon as the weather would allow. So far, we are very happy with our rather large driveway concrete slab and would highly recommend Claborn Construction to anyone for concrete flatwork.

Claborn Construction did an outstanding job on my patio expansion.

I asked Randy to add to my rear patio and extend my front porch. The original patio was 12'x22'. He extended the patio in both directions: 12x22 in one direction, 12x16 in the other direction. There is an existing deck 1 story above the new patio area with support posts resting where the new slabs were placed. There was no direct access to the site, he had to wheel barrow all gravel and concrete to the site. In addition, he extended the front porch by 12 feet to solve an existing drainage problem. Randy committed to start the job the week of April 18th. He started when he said he would, and he finished 3 days later, when he said he would. He came back a few days later to tear down and clean up. Clay was an absolute pleasure to work with. He let me know when and what he was going to do, and then he followed through perfectly. He made sure my wife and family understood the construction plan. I intend to use Randy on other projects. He is man I trust, and I look forward to working with him again. Thank you for this very positive experience.
