Nathan and Spencer were professional & knowledgable. I had a complete repipe done on the whole house. They arrived on time both days. They were courteous and friendly and I would hire this company again in the future. They do excellent work.

This was a simple replacement, but it was a difficult work space. They sent a tall, lean, long-armed worker and even he had difficulty . But the work was done in short order and everything worked as planned. And some pleasant small talk with the plumber was an added bonus. The company sent the right person , on time, and within days of my asking for assistance.

These gentlemen called to let me know they were on way. They arrived on time, reviewed the situation, decided between the two of them who would do what, informed me of what would be happening and then they went to work. In about two hours, the job was done. They worked well together and got it done. These men were clean, articulate, and wore booties over their shoes. They made little mess and cleaned up when they were done. I would hire them again, no question about it.

I originally wrote that this company's policy was upsetting that I had to pay twice for coming to my home. But the owner then called me to ask why I said that when that is NOT his policy - To come for an estimate is Never charged for coming. It seems his assistant that fixed my problem was unaware as to what their policy is and told me wrong. Landon, the owner, has probably informed him now.

We called Nathan and Spencer for an appointment on a whole house repipe estimate and they showed up on time. We got an estimate that was comperable to others but decided to go with them. From day one they showed up on time with a plan and tools in hand ready to work. They only took a couple of small breaks, no lunch. They worked through the 2 day heat wave we had in June. They were always organized(no big messes to clean up). They are very experienced and knowledgeable, professional, NO hidden cost. I would hire them again!

Everything went great, professional and completed my plumbing issue, under our kitchen sink quickly, with quality work and a fair price. I would use them again.

Final price was about $50 higher than the estimate, but still in the acceptable range.

They were here on time. They diagnosed our problem and determined we needed a part that was going to require research and shopping around because it was an unusual fixture. They were willing to do the work, but were also aware that we could do it ourselves and save a large amount of money. They explained what we needed to do. We followed their directions and that was all the help we needed. They saved us a lot of money because it took quite a bit of research time to find the part. We appreciated their honesty and help.
