Clair Schell Plumbing, LLC

This is a one man operation, and he has a full time job other than this, so you will not be a priority. I used him for years until recently. He moved some plumbing lines for me, one of them blew in the middle of the night, flooding my house. He paid for the dry out, but my carpet and padding were removed months ago due to the amount of water in them. He promised free labor to make up for it but his free labor resulted in an incorrectly installed bathtub that now has cracks in the apron that it did not have prior to his work. It also will cost substantially more to remove and reset the tub than it would have to just have someone else do it to begin with. The F* bombs that come out of his mouth while working are unprofessional and disrespectful. I still have no floor, the money I had allotted for that floor is now being paid to a different plumber to fix his work, and he is unresponsive to my request to provide his liability insurance to cover the damages caused by his work.

Great job, quickly done. Very pleasant to speak with. Highly recommend. Definitely will call again for other plumbing work I'll be needing.

Great Job///// Great guy and customer service

Clair is very customer oriented and does everything possible to assist the customer. He exchanged our gas hot water heater at 8 pm just to make sure there wasn’t any issues with the heater that couldn’t wait until the next day.
