Seemed a bit expensive but time was an issue and it came right out and completed the job as far as I can tell. Called him the next day asking for an invoice for my records at closing on my house he said sure no problem. Never saw the invoice and never answered any of my calls at two different emails and still have not responded to the two emails I sent at two different addresses. These included the ones he gave me on his business card. My realtor tried to call and still nothing. Highly do not recommend it.

John Mattox of Clarity Home Inspections did my radon testing and then I hired him to do the radon mitigation. Not only did he respond to my communications day or night but also did an amazing job on the installation. He was extremely knowledgeable explaining everything before hand and then showed up the day of the job with all the equipment and materials that he needed to do the installation the right way. John was thorough and did all the extras such as larger PVC pipe, clear sump pump covers and insulation for the attic install. I would highly recommend John for any radon inspection and or mitigation. His home inspection process and documentation is excellent as well.
