This was a difficult project for me as I live 2000 miles away and it required Matt to coordinate with two other parties in order to complete the job. Matt returned all emails and phone calls. He contacted everyone promptly and completed the job exactly when he said he would. He was very nice on the phone. I have not seen the job but the property manager said that it was expertly done. I would use Matt and Clarity Home Systems again in an instant.

Chris Cook was an absolute professional. He installed both of our surround sound systems the day of the consultation because he knew we had company coming in to town. He was in our home working until 12:30 AM! He took the time to explain how both systems worked and programmed all of our remotes for us. We are SO pleased with the job Chris did for us in our home theater. His solution to our "wires are everywhere" problem was simple yet elegant. He came here, set up a Blu-Ray and a new A/V box, got them all connected and working together before he left. He cleaned up after himself and even took the trash with him. We'd use him again in a secnd.

Chris and Brian were awesome! They arrived on time and began work according to what we had discussed. I needed them to put components together which wasn't part of the quote and after discussing the price, I had them do it. Prompt for appointments. Accurate estimate and was made aware before the job was started where the potential 'gotchas' could occur in retrofit wiring that could result in additional costs.
