They are an honest and straight dealing company. I will recommend them to any and every one. My unit is older and needed an adjust to the fan plus some freon. I know it needs replacing but I was not pressured to buy a new unit right now, I was just advised to be ready for a set amount when it is time and the unit that would be most beneficial for my home. That made me decide that I will be using them to purchase and install the new unit when it's time. Very professional and honest company.

They replaced both motor capacitors and was finished in 1/2 hour. Unit works . Very professional service. The cost of service was very fair. I highly recommend them to all who need AC service.

I was searching for a company to service my upstairs unit, which had failed. The first company I had out quickly and correctly identified the problem a s short in the external unit's compressor motor. This company informed me that, since the unit was an older unit that used R-22 refrigerant, they would have to replace both the external unit and the interior condenser coils. They quoted me $3800 for this service. I immediately started calling around, contacting three other providers. I was specifically asking for the cost of the service recommended by the first company; Clark was the only one who asked me why I wanted to do that in the first place. Once I explained the situation to Mr. Clark in detail, he informed me that the recommended service was unnecessary, and offered to simply replace the external unit's compressor with a R-407c-capable unit. R-407c, he informed me, is compatible with R-22 systems and does not require replacement pluming. Long story short, Mr. Clark showed up on time, did the work for $1500 (parts, labor, TTL), and saved me a bundle.

He charged me with out estimate. He charged me for $145. SO I had to pay $145 because I need AC right away

Mr. Clark is very knowledgeable and had.solutions for the problem. He is honest and fair and does not push to do unnecessary work. He will become my main AC person.
