I hired them to check out my ductwork (they completed the job satisfactorily) but they sold me a preventative maintenance program last fall and never came out to check on my air conditioner this spring. My air conditioner is not working and I am unable to get in touch with them. help.

These guys are pros. Absolutely satisfying from a to z. Great consultation on the phone, very professional and friendly technician who knows what to do. I will have no hesitation to recommend you guys to those who're in need. My refrigerant line'd been freezing for a couple of years and blocking the air flow - abvously not cooling enbough the house. The technician came out took a good look by checking the system and refrigerant level, and offered two options either recharging refrigerant and trying out a leak stop or replacing the condenser unit/cooling coil. As refrigerant was not completely out, which means probably the leak is small enough, I decided to take the first option. In the end, it didn't solve the issue and refrigenrant pipe froze back again after a week of sweet running - so I had to make decision to replace the system. Although, it was purely my decision based on very professional information and advices provided by the technician and the company, I am very happy with hiring them.
