Clarke Engineering has been selling and installing central air-conditioning and heating systems since 1951. We serve the central New Jersey area as a full-service HVAC company; we also provide air purification and duct-cleaning services. We have our own sheet metal shop and we feature Carrier equipment. Our estimators and installers are fully trained; our engineers aren't comfortable until you are.

Furnace - Oil - Install
Clarke Engineering did a fantastic job with the installation of a new furnace. Our old furnance was 50 yrs old and it was evident that no-one had properly taken care of the unit since 1989. Our service rep and salesperson were very courteous and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking a good company with superb value!

Service was fast, electrician left some loose ends - installed new electric panel in garage but there is small crack to outside that is not covered. Work was completed in end of August, up to today (12/5/02) have not received initial rebate package and have called 4 times. Courteous staff.

Had central A/C added to 75 year old house. Very quick turnaround time from project estimate to actual installation. Completed installation in 3-days. Everything works great and the workmanship is of good quality. Only slight downsides: fingerprint marks on walls and ceilings, and they needed a reminder to send us the utility rebate forms.

Replace an very old air handler with a much small unit, connecting the old, over sized duct work with new sheet metal. Removed and disgarded the old system and left the are broom clean. .
