Our laminate tiles were separating and the transitions, between the front room hardwood floor and kitchen, and between the hall and the bedroom were not staying in place. The laminate flooring was laid 2 years ago by someone else. I wish I'd known Dylan then.

I had multiple small drywall repairs from door handles, kids being rough on the walls, and a few nails that were poking out from the drywall making holes. The texture on the walls and ceiling match almost perfectly and without knowing a repair was done I really don't think anyone would notice. When fixing up the drywall I had mentioned wanting to add a few small shelves added in the living room. Dylan said he also took on some wood working projects and would be happy to make and install a set of shelves for me in the living room. They look even better than I thought they would. They are beautiful, unique, and exactly what we had talked about. He is very personable, answered my questions quickly and respectfully, and made me feel comfortable each step of the way. Great small business, ran by a local guy in Cedar Rapids. He tore down an old free standing garage on the property and took care of the all the scraps and demo. Had such a great experience the first time, I hired him again to rip out the old deck, and build a brand new one. Summer evenings have been great on the deck. The old eye sore of the garage is gone and grass grows where it used to stand. Will be hiring again for the next project!
