Mostly a bait and switch. cancelled the original appointment at the last minute, told on phone they never had appointment. Then, rescheduled anappointment but had to pay a look-see fee $69.99...

They are the best From the very first to the last when they left We couldn't have been happier. I can see why their employees stay with them as they must treat them right as they do such a great job. They arrived on time worked their buts off. It's hot in that attic but in the 4 days they were here no one complained They had a lot of work to do and they did a great job Thank you Clark and Rush Sure is cool in this house

Aaron the project engineer was very knowledgeable and did the survey, provided information and answered questions. then made the proposal. we accepted, within the week the new system was installed. Rusty and his installation crew arrived on time and completed the removal and installation of the new furnace and air conditioner 5.5 hours. They were very professional and knowledgeable, very neat and clean job. System works very well, Great job!

The installers were very knowledgeable. They arrived on time, and preformed the install same day. As a matter of fact, they didn't break for lunch. I've had the system only (3) days, and everything seems to be working just fine. Check back after the summer and I should be able to give you a fuller update

So far it has experience has been outstanding. Aarons the sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. He sized the unit he felt was correct for the house, instead of going with the size of the existing unit. By doing so it gave me a considerable savings. I'm pleased with how the new unit is working. Can't say enough.

The salesperson was knowledgeable but could have used a bit more knowledge about installation to avoid extra installation time. The installation team did an excellent job and never complained about the glitches that come up during the job.

Clarke& Rush installed a new air conditioning, heating system for our house ,hey did an excellent job, they were very pleasant to work with, showed up on time , kept us informed what was being done, and did a thorough clean up at the end of each day. and the Clarke Rush bid was very competitive with other vendors. All and all I would say we were very satisfied, first time users of Clarke Rush services, and would consider using them in future.
