"After I repaired customers washing machine, he called me and informed me of a new problem. In addition to the new problem the washing machine still wasn't working the way it should. I live over an hour away. I cover three counties by myself and I am the owner of the company and do all the work myself. I only work in Sonoma County two days a week on Tuesday's and Thursday's. So after I was done with this customers machine on Tuesday and left is when he called to report the new problem. I informed him that I would be back that same week on Thursday. He was ok with that. I reinstalled a brand new part again and did not charge anymore."
"I always strive to be professional. Sorry you were unavailable when I was ready to come out and fix your appliance. I try my best to work around customers schedules, but giving me a two week window on a day when I am not even in the area is a bit of a challenge for me to do. I cover all of Mendocino, Lake and Sonoma Counties. Sorry I wasn't able to get to you on your schedule. Usually customers arrange there schedules so they will be able to meet me on days when I am in the area."
"This customer was not a Home Advisor customer. This disgruntled customer had a home warranty company and they were upset because the home warranty company sent the part to the wrong address. After they had to reorder the part and I gave my recommendation to get customers oven replaced was a little over a month. Majority of the issues the customer experienced was not due to my service or repair attempts but that of the customers home warranty company."
"Sorry I was unable to meet with you when the part came in. I informed you that I only serviced your area two days a week. Tuesdays and Thursdays. You were on vacation for two weeks. Sorry I wasn't able to accommodate you at the date and time your requested. I was available on the two weeks you were on vacation. I couldn't rearrange my three county coverage to accommodate you when you returned from vacation. I was back logged. I would've came to complete your install on the day you cancelled my service but you were unwilling to work with me. Sorry for your troubles."
