Very prompt and eager to start the job asap. Other companies seemed to have no problem putting the residential home without heat, on a waiting list for 2-3 weeks. This is a small company where customer service still counts. The company President came out personally to discuss the need and gave me a quote on the spot. He recommended some improvements, but at no time did I feel pressured with a "sales pitch". He inspected the work in progress, and spoke with me just before closing the job to ensure that I was satisfied. The technician even asked for the vacuum and swept the carpet before leaving to ensure that all was cleaned before departing. THAT is customer service.

Project: Repair an Electric Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
In my quest to find a company to replace an old HVAC in-the-wall system in my condo, I am so happy that I came across Clarksville Heating & Air. Josh, the sales rep was excellent; he provided a fare price, which beat all other quotes for the same system and he was very knowledgeable and explained the details of my install in great length, and I really appreciated that. Marco, who installed my unit, did an excellent job. Mike was also very accommodating when we had to make an adjustment to the thermostat. The system is working fine. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.
