They recommended a repair for $600. It worked for a few days. They then wanted me to sell me a new HVAC system for several thousands of dollars. The customer service was poor and they insisted that they did not suggest a repair and refused to give me my $600 back. It was a very hot time of the year. They recognized that I was a senior citizen who could not stay in house with cool air. So they took advantage of me and tried to get as much money as possible out of me. It still breaks my heart to think about how they took advantage on f my circumstances.
