The "pro" was constantly late, leaving me waiting on him for hours. The shower looked great aesthetically but the liner wasn't sealed properly and it started leaking thru my kitchen ceiling. When I contacted the "pro"; after two no-show days he came but was reluctant to take responsibility and suggested I get a plumber, saying that he would pay up to $200 toward the repair; I felt he should have paid all. I have contacted him several times to collect the $200 because it costs me $1200 in repairs and he will not call me back. USE THIS PRO AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ONLY IF YOU DON'T MIND WAITING FOR HIM TO SHOW UP AND FOLLOW-UP

"The shower worked great ! The problem came when toilets pluming became clogged . Waste water came through ceiling not shower water. when plummer came he cut the shower liner by accident.Plummers insurance paid for the $1200 in repairs. This happened 2 months after shower was installed. When raw sewage comes from ceiling its not coming from shower .Honesty is best policy."

Jason was here at the scheduled time and worked all day until the job was completed. While there were unexpected expenses I was only charged the quote. JASON WAS AMAZING WOULD RECOMMED TO ANYONE

Wonderful experience. Jason and his workers were on time and professional at all times. He maintains wonderful communication during the entire project making sure you are constantly aware of what is going on. I would not hesitate to hire him again. As a matter of fact I have already given his name to others who are planning on home improvements and hope to hire him again myself. I was unsure about hiring from online recommendations but I am certainly glad that I did.
