Awesome job, price was right, arrived early, really cleaned every detail on my sofa. He was very professional. Beat other high end competitors, the way he was cleaning and paying attention to detail, he took pride in his work.

They did a super great cleaning but after when carpet dried the stains in the carpet were still there not any of the stains came out had to call another carpet company to remove stains.

I was disappointed in the performance of work. The sale promise did not match the work that was done. After the cleaning of the carpet I was told it would be dry in 2 hrs. Two hrs came and went still soaking wet. It finally dried the next day. I could not tell it had been cleaned. I felt all was done was to come and put water on my carpet leaving it wet pretending it had been cleaned. Would not use them ever again.

Carpet was WORSE AFTER than before he came! It was a one man job. The day he came, It had been raining outside & when he walked into our home, he did not remove or cover his dirty wet tennis shoes & WALKED ON THE CARPET (and floors) to measure. (really?) Not ever, did he take off or cover his dirty shoes even while cleaning! Very UNprofessional! Like you would 'crank' an old lawnmower, it took a good amount of time to get his gas powered machine to start up that was sitting in the back of his van, backed up to our home. The front door had to be open for the machine's hose so GAS fumes filled my home for 2 1/2 hours (giving me a headache). He did not use conditioned water, in fact not until he was about to leave did I realize he used our water and ran it through our outside (old) hose pipe we never use. If i would have known he was going to use our outdoor hose pipe, we would have purchased a new (clean) one! THAT's the water he 'drenched' our carpet with. We actually had to leave the rooms in order to get him to do this job b/c he never stopped talking! He did not do well to work and talk at the same time. He did not clean up close to the walls or even try in our bedroom. We ourselves moved all the furniture in LR, DR & BR (except the sofa, love seat, bed & 2 nightstands) before he came. He never attempted to move the 2 little nightstands to clean the carpet underneath, nor did he attempt to clean the reachable 'underneath' parts of the bed or dresser on high legs. (maybe he felt we would not notice?) When he finished, i heard plops of water outside and looked. He drained the dirty water onto our driveway and left it there! The feel of the carpet now is 'clumpy' & 'crusty' most likely from the water source he chose. The look is more 'warn & old' than before he came! After 3 days & 3 nights the 'sopped' carpet was still not dry even after leaving the windows open, which he told us to do for it to dry. We were so disappointed, we actually called a different company to come out and 'clean' the carpets again. VERY unsatisfied with this $450 purchase plus the cost of the other company to come clean it again. Sorry but we would NOT recommend this company!
