We absolutely LOVE our awning. Professional and friendly from the owner to the installers, and they did a high quality install. Getting the size you really need is so much better than those other "cookie cutter" companies that only offer standard sizes that may not be appropriate for you. Classic Custom Awnings will get you the size you really need. Don't forget to ask them about the wind detector that will keep your awing safe in high winds if you're not home. I highly recommend them.

The awning being installed had a manufacturer's defect which required a second visit to complete the install. The team returned to complete the work and we are very satisfied with their work. Very polite and professional. I highly recommend for your awning needs.

My new awning fabric was ready and installed earlier than I anticipated. Very professional, excellent service, reasonable cost and was exactly what was quoted with no extras. I am extremely pleased with the service. The cost was true to the estimate and the work was scheduled and performed just as I was quoted. Additionally Scottie had to jump my automobile before the work could commence (an unforseen complication: dead battery). The clean up carried away all of the old panels.

Overall the entire job was top rate.

Scott and his business are very busy, but he bid the job of replacing the fabric on our deck cover at a competitive price, had a good selection of fabrics, and ordered the material. The weather in Raleigh is not helpful for projects like this, but Scott found a window and his troops arrived on time and did a professional job of installing the fabric and adjusting the mechanism. Would hire them again. Paid on completion.

It was a simple job of unfolding shade and he tried to walk me through it rather than charge a service fee, which I appreciated. I could not manage it, so he came promptly and in about 15 minutes he unstuck it. For what I needed it was an excellent response.
