They installed a new door opener and two new springs. The springs are not strong enough for the opener to lift the door. Please have them contact me to correct the problem.

I was originally scheduled to have my garage door opener installed by Lowes’. Never again will I use their installation services. What a train wreck! On a better note, I went to Angi’s List to try and find someone reputable. I put in my request and not more than 30 seconds later I got a call from Johnathon Frazer at CLASSIC DOOR AND LOCK. After talking with him, he was able to come over in the afternoon. I was very very impressed with his sense of urgency, his professionalism and his concern for my install. They even called and was able to do it earlier. He explained to me what he was going to do and even recommended a part on the door that was better to have then not. He even went back to his company to get the part. They both were very very respectful and answered all my questions. They cleaned up what little trash they had and then thanked me for using them. The price was way less than I thought but was well worth the money I spent!!!! Had I known Lowes was going to do what they did, I’d never even thought about using them. High five to Classic Door for doing what you do. I honestly have not had such great customer service as these 2 guys had. Believe me they will be in my radar when I need help with my garage doors. And believe me too, in that I’m hard core in giving a good review, but I was so elated and happy that there still is , people who still know how to be polite, considerate and respectful all in one sentence! Hats off guys! You rock!!

I contacted other companies and they say go their website and was difficult to get info. He asked for measurement and texted him pic and he gave recommendations. He even came and got my old door working at no charge until new door arrived. Great price and service.
