Did a great job but they forgot to seal a door and have to come back. I feel it was an honest error since they were refinishing a landing and staircase. Once they started they could not go back to the door. Would recommend and hire again.

Estimate was quick and scheduling was easy. Work was excellent. Customer service was prompt, when there was a small glitch in this rather significant project, refinishing the floor in three large rooms, without dividers. Mess was kept to a minimum, as promised. I would definitely hire them again.

Classic Floors Chicago did a top notch job on our hardwood floors. The floors were solid, but very worn. By the time they finished sanding and staining the floors, they looked brand new. I couldn't believe how great they looked! The pricing was fair, and they protected the base boards as they worked, which was important to me as I had just gotten my home repainted. I will be calling Classic Floors Chicago again for my flooring needs. They were very easy to work with, they showed up on time, and they did a fantastic job at a fair price. Who could as for more?

Refinished a small bedroom with original 1950's floor. The finished job is first class. Two man crew came early and left with complete cleanup.

Before I hired Classic Floors; I researched multiple companies. I decided on Classic Floors, because they had outstanding reviews. Trust me the reviews were trustworthy. Florin was such a professional with a pleasant attitude in explaining the procedures on refinishing my 2 bedroom townhouse floors. Classic Flooring does everything; they removed my carpet, the furniture in the bedrooms, the closet door, and the entry doors. Mind you it was a two part project; only because it was no place to empty both rooms at the same time. His crew, father and son were the ones who refinished my floors. They were polite, welcoming, showed professionalism, arrived on time, did not waste time, and took care in moving and replacing the furniture, the closet doors and the entry door back to its place. Florin also helped out his crew, he’s the boss but a team player. Most of all they did an excellent job in refinishing my floors. I love my floors. If you hire them you will not be disappointed. The price was average as with the other companies estimates. I'm really happy I chose Classic Floors. They also take pride in their work. They seem just as happy as the customer.

This was a one bedroom refinish (340 sq. ft.) We didn't have the two closets done and the clothes were left in. First of all, Classic was by far the low bidder. Owner(?) Florin was very professional from the time he came over to check out the room and bid the job until the work was complete. He stopped by twice during the refinishing to check on the work. Father and son team was here by about 8 and done by about 5; sanding sealing and two coats of clear. And there was almost NO dust! Didn't even have to shake out the clothes left in the closet! Very, very satisfied!!!

Florin and his crew installed 2 rooms/hallway of hardwood flooring. Extremely professional from the estimate to the install. They promised dustless /odorless and delivered it. The job was completed quickly and extremely clean install. Would definitely recommend to others. The cost was reasonable and the end product was very satisfying.

I interviewed many different flooring companies before i selected Classic. The owner Florin was excellent person. Very polite who explained me what needs to be done, how it will be done, what material will be used and what should be the estimated time time to complete the job. People who works for him are very nice and professional. I highly recommend him for your next flooring project.
