"Thank you for your business and for your feedback on working with our team. We, of course, strive for 5-star reviews, but we also understand construction has hiccups so we absolutely appreciate your taking that into consideration when you provided your review. Considering the times, we are very thankful for your business and your feedback. We will be reaching out to you to learn more about your experience in-depth so we can continue to grow as a team."
"Thank you so very much for your review, it is truly appreciated and your kitchen is absolutely stunning, we love it!!"
"Ken, thank you very much for your business and we appreciate that you mentioned in your review that we have a nice team with good customer service. I am sorry you felt the team was in a hurry, we do try to start and complete projects as quickly as possible, but it is for the benefit of the clients, not so we can move on to the next project (most of our customers want their jobs completed as quickly as possible). I appreciate you bringing it to our attention that we did not properly set expectations. Wood is a natural element and therefore will have knots and imperfections, we are happy to come out and perform any additional sanding you may like but the only way to have a completely uniform appearance is to use synthetic wood decking (composite decking, such as Trex). Going forward we will be sure to have more detailed conversations with clients to set expectations properly. Again, thank you for your business and for your feedback. Respectfully, Nicole Crocker"
"Hi Joseph I have sent you a private message as I am concerned about this review. Work was completed on your home on September 17th, 2015 (not 2018 as you suggested). Yes, many things have changed over the last 4 years and I can not comment on your project or any flaws our team had at that time because our team has changed so significantly over the years. We continually strive for improving processes and procedures (now, just as we did back then). We never leave a project until clients say they are 100% satisfied with the end result and my notes reflect that of your project. If you have a warranty or customer service concern please feel free to reach out to me directly, I am more than happy to make sure you are well taken care of. Regards, Nicole Crocker"

"Thank you for your business and while we are disheartened to see this review we respect and value your opinion. We would like to offer some insight from the contractor's perspective on this particular project because we hope to help other homeowners understand how to have a good working relationship with their contractor: (1) Talk to the right person. A major remodel such as this one has hundreds of moving pieces and no less than 20 people working on it with a sole point of contact to orchestrate the build. It is IMPERATIVE that you communicate with the person who is designated as your sole point of contact so production will go smoothly. This client was continuously speaking directly to installers rather than the project manager that was in charge of their project. We explained several times how that affected production yet the homeowner continued to speak directly with installers. (2) Don't make changes once production starts. Changing the scope of work during production or delaying the purchase of materials will affect the production schedule. We provide homeowners with specific dates we need decisions made by. Not following those dates will affect production. Unfortunately this also happened several times during this particular remodel although we continuously discouraged it. (3) Get a signed drawing from your contractor. With our company the materials installed in the home are purchased by the homeowner and installed per a drawing that is signed by the homeowner confirming accuracy. Changes are documented and approved by the homeowner so I do not understand the items purchased statement from this client. (3) Find out how your contractor handles workmanship concerns. We explained several times to this homeowner that the job is not done until the project manager does a walk through and compiles a list for installers to correct. Once those items are corrected we do a second walk through with the homeowner to do any requested touch up items. It is not until those final touch up items are completed that we ask for a final check and sign documentation saying the project is complete. For this particular project we were not given an opportunity to complete the walk through item list that we had so we could move to the final stage which would have been a final walk through with the client. Without that opportunity to complete the contract we were not given an opportunity to ensure the final quality of work was to their satisfaction. We wish you the best in the future, Nicole Crocker"

"Classic Home Improvements is in receipt of your review and while we appreciate your business, we respectfully disagree with the comment that we do not keep our word. Our contracts are clearly written and we communicate with each of our customers daily (both verbally and in writing) so there is no vagueness or uncertainty regarding the status of the project. We wish you the best in the future. Nicole Crocker"
"Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback!! We look forward to completing this project with you."
"Classic Home Improvements acknowledges receipt of your review. We understand you had communicated with the office today and while you were not satisfied with the process of the remodel, you were satisfied with the overall completed project. We wish to have parted ways on better terms but we do thank you for your business and we wish you well."
"Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience!"
"Hello Henry, I apologize but we are unable to find any record of a Herman M that we completed a remodel for? Please contact us on our customer service cell phone at 760-535-5592; if we are able to find your records, we would be more than happy to assist."
