The work was well done with a few problems.

Our finished product exceeded our expectations! Our project manager, Royce, and our field technician, Kevin, were extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the project. Their communication was professional and to the point. Kevins assistant, Chandler, was fantastic and always kept the job site clean. We love our new kitchen!

They were very nice people with good customer service but were in a hurry to get the job finished and move on to the next job and as a result, the quality of the materials used and the finish work was not up to my expectations. They used inferior wood for the surface of my deck and railings with many knots, imperfections and saw marks showing! I assumed that they would hand pick the best wood from the lumber yard for the deck surfaces and then sand and paint the wood for a nice uniform smooth surface. As a result, I have asked them to come back and sand and replace many of the surface wood they used. For the amount i paid, ( they were not the lowest bid) I expected a very nice smooth wood deck. I did not get that.

The Owner is very trustworthy and an EXCELLENT salesman. The work result from a $30K+ bathroom remodel was very painful due to personnel changes and sub-par sub performance and job supers being idiots. Cabinets did not fit, had to redesign the project. I had constant bickering over work to be done correctly and mistakes they made and they tried to tell me it was acceptable. I am not an idiot. I HAD to keep a punch list of work/progress or it would have been a disaster. I DO NOT want to tarnish their rep BUT I would never hire or recommend them to anyone I like. Work was done in May-Aug 2018. I hope they have changed.

Simply the best, a shining star in Socal. From the initial meeting with Gordie Guthrie super salesman and great guy to the final OK with Managers Dan White and Royce Rams Ramswick it was about as smooth as it could get. Kelly Walla does and absolutely superb job of helping you pick out everything, Kelly is a wizard with design. The star of the bunch is technician Kevin Kries, what an eye for detail this guy has, give Kevin a raise! Chandler is an up and coming amazing worker as well, there whenever you need him. Nicole Crocker and the office staff are great to work with too getting back to you almost immediately if you have a question or problem. The Pergola turned out perfect.

We are absolutely floored with the service that we received from Classic Home Improvements. From start to finish, they took care of every detail. They helped us modify our house from an embarrassment of a home, to one of beauty and functionality that we never realized that it could be could be. Throughout the process the team dealt with our ever-changing demands and addressed our every concern. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Andrea, Kelly, Yvonne, Kevin, Shane, Stephanie, Joe, Chandler, and Royce the super star provided us with the best service we ever experienced. The crew was at our home on time every day. We enjoyed seeing a steady progress they made. Everyone was friendly, helpful and courteous. This made us comfortable with them being alone in our home. We have had our share of bad contractors, it was refreshing to work with an organization that puts their customers first.

This is a group of professionals that take the time to talk to you about what you want your end product to be.

Neil Canton was our project manager and he handled everything. Did an excellent job with great results. I highly recommend him.

I hired Classic Home Improvements for several projects including a kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation, roof repair, and stucco work. Before I hired them I met with 3 other contractors. One was MUCH higher and the other one was significantly less but couldn't handle all the projects so I would have had to find another contractor for the outside work. I hired them because they were one of the only contractors I met with who could do all the projects and their price seemed reasonable. They were very helpful with designing my kitchen and bathroom, I am not so great at selecting colors that go well together so it was nice to have that help. I liked that they gave me a calendar so I knew what was going to be happening every day. I also liked that they gave me an update every day on the project. I will probably use them again in a few years when I remodel my master bathroom. I would definitely recommend hiring CHI for any major remodel.
